Not clean hotel

The rooms are quite small. The bathroom is part of the room, so if someone is in the shower, you can see it. It could be good if you are at the hotel with a pretty girl, but I was here with a friend. Unfortunately only one elevator works and old people are lazy and don't take the stairs. The lifeguard filters with the hotel guests but not with me.

i have had an amazing week here and an amazing experience, all the staff are lovely and welcoming, i haven’t had any problems or issues the hole time i have been here. i would highly recommend it to others thanks you everyone for a brilliant week.

Great hotel! Amazing staff. We had a problem in our room and it was cleared right away. The food is good in the morning, lunch and dinner. It’s overall an amazing experience that I already recommended to my friends and family. I will, for sure, be back.

Loving it at Mediterranean Bay….. We are having a lovely holiday at Mediterranean Bay. We arrived several hours before the allotted check in time so were delighted that a room was swiftly made available to us (realise that this might not always be the case depending on seasonal capacity) We have stayed in many hotels in Europe and this is definitely of a high standard in our eyes. The most important thing for us is comfort and cleanliness of the room ….both of which are perfect. You won’t go hungry here…..there’s a very wide choice for the All Inclusive breakfast, lunch & dinner. (Drinks are refreshingly cold) The location allows for peaceful strolls around the harbour and along the promenade but the hustle and bustle is available if you prefer too. A huge thank you to ALL of the Team here for looking after us so well and to Jet2 for the opportunity. We are very grateful that we will be returning to the U.K. following such a totally relaxing break :)

Room quite small, decor outdated and tatty. Drawers not big enough to put anything in. Beds very hard, and small, had to ask for extra pillows. Curtains thin, so light comes in from street. Air conditioning very noisy. Can hear people in neighbouring rooms. We had Leak under sink in bathroom coming from next door. The jacuzzi was outside, so it was cold and not very clean. Sauna was out of order, someone had broken it, but there was no attempt to fix it. The main pool was also outside and cold. Had to pay extra for the safe and first night wasn't working as batteries were dead. I complained about the room and 'spa' so we were upgraded to a 'suite' in the newer part of the hotel. The air con was at least quiet, and the room slightly bigger with thicker curtains. The food in the restaurant was adequate, but not very hot. Cheese and ham toasties, fruit, cake and hot drinks were available to those on all-inclusive. The staff were all very nice, but not enough of them. It seems they are used to complaints. This hotel is mediocre at best, nowhere near luxury.

Not long back from this hotel and here’s my honest review. This is NOT a 4* hotel, more like a 3 (and that’s more than fair) the hotel description says tranquil, adults only, sauna jacuzzi all inclusive (if wanted) amazing right? Exactly what couples are looking for… Wrong. The hotel rooms have seen better days, bedding had what only could be described as mould and pulled material, the room had a safe (extra expense) fridge that the cupboard door didn’t shut, balcony looked directly out at run down residential flats in all directions! Along with shut down shops, on a main road that had a round about (not tranquil at all) never seen a sauna and the jacuzzi was that cold NOONE used it in the week I was there and never seen cleaned. Minimal staff so they were all rushed so were rude. Food was ok, yet not presented well, just bowls and hot plate to help yourself they don’t cut meat for you and plate it you have to shred the chicken and just take what you want! The sky bar was nice with a little dip pool but played club music all day, one night there was a DJ I’m sure she thought she was magaluf not a relaxing chilled hotel safe to say she didn’t have an audience! It only opens from mid day so nowhere other than reception or balconies to sit and chill. We didn’t go all inclusive only half board glad I didn’t up grade, 3 house beers and or wine only will be served at meal times (lunch and dinner) no named drinks or equivalent However, good points… Close to beach shops bars etc and 15 mins from the airport as advertised. Overall for me, I was disappointed the hotel didn’t deliver what is advertised, but made the best of it, therefore they have lost my return in the future

Start with the positives great location to walk into town and to the beach, food was very good and the rooms were spotless…. Was very disappointed with the room, you could touch the toilet from the bed and the shower was in the room! Pool was in need of repair Drinks…. If all inclusive you are allowed 3 alcoholic drinks per meal Soft drinks are allowed at pool and lobby bar, Always served in plastic cups unless you were paying for them, I expect this in the pool area but not the bar…. Paid for drinks were in glasses in pool area Even hot drinks, you had to get them yourself with the tiniest of cardboard cups, proper cups if you pay! Sky bar… all inclusive is not included here… no soft drinks! You have to pay for everything there…. Tried to speak to the receptionist a couple of times re these things but she was not interested The area is populated with the vast majority of German tourists, not a problem but most staff did not understand us, the town was also surprised when they heard an English voice, did not bother us but may some people

Above and beyond! I don’t often write reviews but this hotel deserves some recognition! We are just back and can honestly say the staff were superb! It was mine and a friends birthday and they went out of their way to make it special! Prosecco was left in our room - the table was strewn with confetti and they provided a beautiful dessert. I would have no hesitation recommending this clean and friendly hotel. Food and facilities were fab. Loved the pool and skybar.
