Mirador del Lago Hotel

The breakfast was delicious, the staff was friendly, the green garden was pretty, and the lake view was nice. I liked it overall, except that the room was a little old.

The hotel's service was excellent, and the breakfast was good, but the facilities were subpar. The photos shown were from before the renovations. The quilt had been transformed from a standard quilt to one as thin as a sheet. I complained to Ctrip about the discrepancy between the photos and the photos, and the front desk staff found me a quilt from another hotel. They were very friendly, but they insisted it wasn't a standard quilt.

The magnetic cards never worked well, the breakfast was not that varied.

The room is clean and comfortable, the location is good, the restaurant is convenient and the service is friendly.

I stayed in a hotel here for one night. The hotel is very good. The room is clean, tidy and warm. The bathroom is large. There are many choices for breakfast, which is also good. The view from the window of the room I booked is really amazing. It is just a little far from the main street in the city, so you need to take a taxi to go out.

Although the facility is old, I think it is kept clean. I don't really recommend the restaurant, and I think most of the breakfasts are simple, but maybe that's normal in South America.
