The location was good as it was close to main hikes and restaurants. The room service was not good as they left the rubbish bag in the room, didn’t give us a toilet paper we had to ask for it and there were dead spiders in the toilet. There weren’t many options for breakfast and food didn’t look fresh.

We enjoyed staying at Fitz Roy. It was a simple and comfortable place to come back to after long hikes. The stiff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

The hotel was clean and nice. It was about 16 minutes from the bus stop. The room was warm and the hot water came out well. I wish the breakfast was a little more abundant.
