Clean rooms, nice beach, very friendly staff, and delicious food

- The structure of the all-inclusive packages featured multiple tiers and categories, which were not clearly communicated prior to arrival and only clarified upon check-in. - Select menu items incurred additional charges despite the all-inclusive arrangement, and there appeared to be limited oversight or safeguards in place to ensure accurate room billing—raising concerns about the potential for misattributed charges. - The culinary offerings were exceptional, with impressive variety and consistently high quality that elevated the overall guest experience. - The resort’s amenities and its seamless proximity to both the beach and pool were standout features, contributing significantly to comfort and convenience throughout the stay. - Optional excursions such as speedboat rides and snorkeling introduced a vibrant layer of adventure, enriching the visit with memorable and invigorating moments.

The friendliest staff ever Everything was excellent. Check in (Mr. Mossad) was quick and easy .. our room was fantastic, Taha from room service was very nice. Everyone in the restaurant went out of their way to help us and provide anything we ask for .. beach was great, animation team was good too.

We had a very pleasant short stay at club Paradisio. Staff at the reception desk were very courteous and accommodated all our requests. I would definitely consider repeating this experience another time

The place is run down. Service is extremely slow. The shower water was not even hot. The room lights are faded away. The beach area is rocky as well. This is definitely not a 5 star resort.

A wonderfully holiday It was a wonderful hotel. The staff were very helpful, informative and polite. The beach and both pools were easily accessible, with plenty of chairs and shade.
