Great place and amazing location. Recommended stay. Enjoyed my time.

From day one, I was given a room in the sun and the bathroom was under the swing. I couldn't sleep. Client day, I asked if I could get a different room, and I got one. The bathroom was also under the swing, and the air conditioning wasn't cold enough. The weather was hot, 36 degrees Celsius, and it got stuffy late at night. The outside cable was colder than inside. I asked several times, and they said they would fix it, but it was terrible. I really regret booking this hotel through you, and it's even more expensive.

It's close to the airport, making it quite convenient for getting around. The name is easy to remember (surprisingly, this is a plus? I don't speak the language, but it seems many people know it, including taxi drivers, so...), and the staff are friendly. There are several embassies nearby, so the area should be relatively safe. Highly recommended.

This is the definition of mediocrity.

The breakfast is good, the location is easy to find, and the environment is good. When you leave the hotel gate, go straight for more than 400 meters. There is a large local supermarket, Tunisia Mall. Shopping is convenient. Slippers are not provided in the hotel, and disposable toothbrush and toothpaste are not provided, you need to bring your own.

酒店離機場很近，出行比較方便，打車也很容易。不過酒店沒有牙刷等一次性洗漱用品，如果沒有帶這些東西就比較麻煩。

wifi不給力，房間小。環境還好，服務很好

Everything others say is true. They have great facilities, friendly staff and the rooms look good. However, I had one bad experience. Do not let your food touch the tables directly. My lights were dimmed while I ate so I couldn't see they were not properly cleaned, even a table I never touched looked greasy. I discovered this as I had just finished eating and the food had been on the table. 10 minutes later I felt very ill. 30 minutes after eating I was sick until my stomach was empty in the toilet. I had no fever and I was fine after. It was poisoning. I had eaten from the same food earlier that day(sliced bread sandwiches I made from the same jars), but in a wrapper and it was stored in the fridge.

lots of noise, looks like they are doing construction in the hotel, terrible breakfast without coffee (coffee machine is not wokring or it might work but they just cover it ) stuff is very unfriendly smoking inside the hotel

A pricey hotel compared to its quiet service, When I arrived at the hotel I asked the receptionist if the Wi-Fi was good, he told me it was good, I told him I asked my friends and they told me that Wi-Fi was very poor, the receptionist confirmed that it was good. But unfortunately when I went to the room and paid the value of a night reservation 220 Tunisian dinars. I found that Wi-Fi was very slow and did not work in some areas of the room. I went to the reception and told him that Wi-Fi was not good, I asked him about room services, could I ask for a dinner, he told me that the room service was working 24 hours, I could ask for what I wanted and unfortunately again when I called the room service they told me they did not have any Something, and that the workers do not exist and there is no dinner. So I decided today and since the morning to leave the hotel and went to the Concorde Hotel.

Located near the airport, although a long drive to get there. In a neighborhood of restaurants, shops, banks, and other businesses. Well equipped clean rooms. Comfortable bed. Quiet rooms. One problem: Every few seconds the shower went from hot to cold, then cold to hot, then hot to cold, etc. The temperature could not be controlled. Friendly helpful staff. Requests are honored by action. Buffet breakfast with omelets upon request. Option to eat outside under cover. Although the spa is in the hotel, it isn't owned by the hotel. Completely unrelated businesses. Miriam give wonderful relaxing massages, highly recommended. On the other hand the reception was dense, every time couldn't understand what I wanted and when I wanted it, even when a Tunisian person was telling her in her own language. She also had an attitude. I guess that's just something to endure to get a great massage from Miriam.

This is my sole and final stay at this hotel. The heating in my initial room was malfunctioning, and the hospitality services and cleanliness were severely lacking despite the hotel’s four-star rating. I strongly advise all visitors to avoid wasting their time and money in this establishment. Attached is a photograph for your review.

It's the great hotel with kindly staff The location was great near to the airport.The room was confortable and clean . The breakfast was delicious . I recommand . They have a easy transfert . The decoration at the réception is peaceful inside the town.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Lac Leman! The location is incredibly convenient, with easy access to everything I needed, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a welcoming, comfortable, and well-situated hotel experience. I’ll definitely be returning!
