Porto Said Hotel & Spa

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday at the Porto Said Hotel as part of The Red Rose group, under the excellent supervision of Mrs. Hend Abdelaziz. I am writing to express that we were all genuinely more than satisfied—it was a fantastic stay from start to finish. What truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single staff member we encountered was helpful, professional, and always wore a smile. It was clear they take real pride in their work, and everyone went the extra mile willingly and happily. A few individuals truly went above and beyond and deserve special recognition: A huge thank you to Mr. Alaa, the Food and Beverage Manager. He is a whirlwind of positive energy—always on his feet supervising, advising, and overseeing every detail in the dining areas. The seamless operation is a credit to him, and he is clearly blessed with a great team. To Mr. Yahia, the Front Office Manager, who showed such high levels of professionalism and patience from our very first minute at the front desk. He set a welcoming and wonderful tone for our entire stay. And Mr. Ayman, the Acting Assistant Front Office Manager, was our guardian angel. He never hesitated to help, even with requests well outside his usual duties—such as helping me find crucial medicine for my mother in town and ensuring my father received his daily newspapers. His kindness was unforgettable. You simply have an incredible front office team. Last but certainly not least, our sincerest thanks go to Mohamed in room service. He is an absolute champion, doing his very best to keep us comfortable and happy with such a warm attitude. We do want to gently mention that we sometimes felt the hotel might be a little short-staffed in the room service department, as Mohamed seemed to be covering a lot. Despite what must have been a very busy schedule, his service and smile never wavered—a real testament to his dedication. We were lucky to have lovely rooms on the 3rd floor (332, 334, and 335) with a beautiful, peaceful view. In short, it was a beautiful holiday. The entire experience is one we are already looking forward to repeating. We will definitely be back, inshaAllah.

I had a short but pleasant stay at Porto Said Resort & Spa, located just 20 minutes from the charming city of Port Said. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful, checking me in quickly. The room had a fantastic view, a very comfortable bed, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. The large TV was a nice touch. The pool, though small, was covered and offered a great view of the beach. The beach water was clean and clear, though you might need water shoes to get in. The beach chairs were very comfortable, which was one of my favorite things about the hotel. Meals, including breakfast and dinner, were decent, with great food quality. night life was good and there were a lot of activates. There are a few minor things that could be improved, like better room and facility sanitization and use of air fresheners, especially in the reception area. Overall, great value for the price!

Simpley hotel is very nice specially the view directly to the sea, walking area along the beach for about 2km with all services foods &cafe , rooms are large , WiFi in rooms free and good, reception team & working teams are friendly, still Resturant is modest with low quality food Generally good for families I recommend this hotel Hope to improve his chefs and resturant quality.

The hotel is very beautiful in general, and the food is beautiful and varied, especially meat and pasta. The beach is excellent, and the employees are all at a high level of experience and very cheerful and cooperative. We had a lot of fun with the animation team and at parties with them, they are really excellent and their spirit is very nice.
