We chose this hotel because of its location, price, and ratings from reviews. Yes, the location is walking from the beach for tours pickup and drop off. Also, 500m to night food restaurants.
The room and linen are clean, and air conditioning works very well. Room only gets service when requested, which is fine for us. Staffs are helpfull with tour booking.
Only grips are coffees only provides in morning and no lift. We got a room on 3rd floor, means lugging it up the small narrow stairs.
Btw, if you book tour B, the tour operator ask for extra 200psp per person for having lunch in one of the hut, that's not mention when booking.

Небольшой хороший номер, чистый, не было проблем с горячей водой, плесени тоже не было ( это жирный плюс) .
1.Окна номеров выходят на проезжую часть ( шоссе), поэтому если вы любите поспать, без беруш не получится, тк шумная дорога вас разбудит.
2. Хотелось бы в номер мини холодильник
3. В номере сушить вещи негде, в коридоре стояли 1-2 сушилки ( непонятно общественные ли они, или кто-то вытащил из своего номера) и они были заняты чьи-то вещами, кто-то сушил свои вещи прямо на подоконнике в коридоре, в принципе вещи плохо сохнут и в коридоре.

Путешествовали с семьей в Январе 2024г. останавливались в данном отеле , хорошее расположение, 5 мин от центра Эль Нидо и набережной где все активности проходят. Персонал отеля отзывчивый и внимательный, на все просьбы и замечания реагируют оперативно. В номере чисто , удобства все есть. В целом отель рекомендую для отдыха с детьми и не только. Завтрак был включен в проживание, по нему тоже нареканий нет , все вовремя и вкусно.

the street in front of the hotel is very noisy, lot of car and bike, not recomended if you have a light aleep
