No complaints, I liked everything. We contacted the hotel in advance and were met at the airport.

There was number 7 courtyard. The downside is the smelly, stinking water that leaves a residue. We must skip it. Breakfast a la carte is quite decent. Don't expect it to be particularly clean, but milking the Philippines is fine. There is a refrigerator and minibar. There was water in the room on the first day, cleaning upon request. I asked for 2 bottles of water, so it was later included in the bill) 0.5 for 75 pesos. And at the check-out, there was an invoice attached, dated the first day of arrival, in the first line there were two mango juice, the rest was erased with an eraser, and the total price was added with a pen - 250 pesos 👏👏👏 But there was nothing except water. Bravo!

The hotel is average, but the price is high and does not correspond to the living conditions. Breakfast is monotonous, from the menu, every day, only two dishes were offered. THEY GIVE ONE LARGE TOWEL. There are no face towels. Towels with stains and old, gray, look like unwashed. EVERYTHING REST IS GOOD.

We would not recommend this hotel. The rooms were dirty and window blinds were falling off the windows. Towels were not in the bathroom or room when we arrived. We had three done villa rooms for our party. One room had a missing window that had a piece of card board taped over the hole with masking tape. For the second room, the toilet was leaking all over the bathroom floor and there was a constant pool of water. The third room was infested with mosquitoes and we later found mosquito larva in the room. When we brought these issues to the hotel staff they did nothing to rectify the situation and wouldn’t even provide a discount or move our rooms. It was frustrating because we prepaid for the stay. The location of the hotel is good and could have so much potential. Avoid this nightmare resort.
