The best resort in El Nido. Serene. Private. Exclusive. Impressive. The Butler service is superb with the signature Araw hospitality - always smiling, ready to serve, and all our needs were attended to. It seems all the staff were properly trained in customer service, we didn't excounter anyone who didn't greet us. Loved the speed boat transfers. Our daughter was delighted with the evening treats. Jeff the resort manager made sure we had a proper welcome. Glad it was distant from the town yet still accessible via speed boat.

Impeccable service. The rooms are well appointed with king-sized beds. Bathroom has own tub plus outside shower for when you’ve just gone out from the beach. The room comes with own dipping pool, cool! They make up the room twice a day! So whenever we come out of the room, it gets tidied up when we return to it! Each night we get homemade cookies and pastries to pair with evening coffee or tea! Our butlers Ellie and Jessica were both attentive to our requirements and requests! We could not have asked for more. Although my niece slipped and sprained her ankle, all the staff were ready to provide needed medical care and support. Truly a world-class hotel resort that we can be proud of. And their food is exquisite! So flavorful and tasty gourmet meals! A place where you can truly find rest and relaxation! Good value for money!

The resort is incredible! Everything is very well decorated, well looked after and in good taste. The facilities are comfortable, such as bed, utensils to use in the room, amenities. The service from the entire team is impeccable! They are always willing to help, very polite and friendly. The butlers who accompanied us during our stay were attentive and were essential in ensuring an incredible stay! Without a doubt, we will recommend Lihim Resorts to everyone and we hope to be able to return at some opportunity.

It was our first time in El Nido, Palawan and fortunately, my niece found Lihim Resorts online. Our experience at Lihim Resort was splendid from the moment we arrived on the premises. All the resorts staff were very lovely and the butler (special mention to Ellie) service were fantastic. We will definitely be back in the future. Lihim Resorts at El Nido, Palawan gave me and my niece the best 2024 holiday we will truly remember. What an awesome way to start the year!

The hotel may look better onscreen than in person. It is supposed to be a luxury hotel but probably fell short of that in terms of the physical characteristics. 'Lihim" means secret. I think that the secret luxury item here is the service staff. They are just precious in making sure that our needs were met. From our butlers, Jake Angelo and Ellie, to our tour guide Jesuel and boat capt Diego, to our waiters Miles,Romnick, Rolly, John, Jomari, Carlo and Mike, they went above and beyond for our family, especially since my father has difficulty ambulating. I really hope management knows the kind of staff they have and treat them well. Because of them, I am willing to overlook the lack of hand towels in a bathroom, standing water in the sink in the spa, the hot gym. The funicolare to travel up and down may seem charming at first but is very slow and inefficient. Maybe, an outdoor escalator like the ones in HK would work better? Or maybe, even just have a means of calling for the funicolare without having to ask for it to be sent up or down or best if it just ran a regular schedule. On the positive side, cocktails at sunset at Henri's is a must.

Almost perfect, with two caveats. The views: magical. Quiet and peace: same. The staff: so friendly and helpful. The private beach (you need to travel by speedboat to get to it, but worth it, even if you opt to go at your own convenience and pay a fee): blissfully secluded, brilliant. And the Presidential Villa: gorgeous private pool -- bigger than it looks in the website photo; but the villa is a bit underdone in terms of interior furniture and space. The caveats: it is on a hill -- young, fit, heat tolerant souls will love it. I am none of these, and had to rely on the provided funicular, which is slow and tedious. And the meals, while not over-priced, are pretty middle of the road. Nothing worth writing home about, anyway. On balance, a wonderful experience.
