A wonderful place to stay! The hotel is conveniently located and easily accessible to important stores and nearby establishments. We had a great experience and would highly recommend it to our friends and family.

There are pros and cons: - The location on the main street and next to the main supermarket (Pros: convenient everything is nearby. Cons: there might be street noise and noise from delivery trucks unloading goods in the morning). Pro: friendly, responsive, and welcoming staff. Con: the air conditioning in our room was noisy.

I was in shock when I saw the room - dark dirty like a Rathole. I said that I will not stay 5 days in this room. A young guy said that he would organize another room the next day. So I slept - and next day I had a room on the roof , this one was better. But the whole hotel is so dirty. No water no safe no frige everywhere little lovely dogs but who are shitting everywhere. In five days they didn't even clean the room one time. I would never come back and for this money you can get so much better places. Worst hotel I ever was

The room is clean but it's lacking for amenities like soap and shampoo, the tab is not fully intact to assemble in the wall.

The worst accommodation we have ever stayed in. Do not stay there under any circumstances.

Hotel location was good. Nearby to all amenities. Easy to travel or walk around. Room was old and had ants crawling around in toilet. Not enough power points to charge handphones though. Not for gussies.

The staff are accommodating and very helpful. It’s near to everywhere just by 5-7 mins to the beach front and bars. WiFi is worsened nothing works and poor cellular signal despite its near to everywhere. Bed is comfy but need to change some pillows. I’m total we have a very great time here

Worst place we’ve ever stayed at. The first room they gave us smelled like dead rats. The toilet smelled just as bad, and to top it off, there was water leaking from the ceiling in the bathroom. Because of the stench, they had to move us, but not even to a nearby room. They transferred us to a completely separate room like we were being relocated in witness protection. Even then, the problems didn’t stop. Cockroaches and a frog somehow squeezed through the door, so yes, we had uninvited wildlife inside the room. No dedicated parking at all, just street parking outside and good luck if it’s full. This place is dirty, poorly maintained, and absolutely not worth the hassle. Avoid this place like the plague.

The room was incredibly dirty; I'm not even sure if they change the bed linens. One day, I came back exhausted and sandy from an excursion, only to find no water in the hotel at all—neither hot nor cold. This is a terrible hotel. Good thing I didn't book it for long! 😱

Wonderful hotel. The staff are very welcoming, responsive, and hospitable. It's clean, quiet, and cozy, making for a comfortable stay. The location is convenient with everything you need nearby. We would gladly come back here again.

This hotel is absolutely awful, nothing more to say. Avoid it at all costs, trust me.

Good spot just outside the centre, and by the main supermarket in el nido. Room was run down, and noisy with members of staff walking by up until late pm and also from 6am onwards. Room not made during stay. Tv provided but no useable plug socket without rearranging the bedroom. Kettle was provided but again no east plug socket. You either balance the kettle on the back of the toilet, or put a chair on the bottom of the bed so the cable can reach the plug socket. Some lights didnt work, and place had a strange but frumpy feel. It is right by a tatoo parlour which might explain it

An average hotel that should cost at least five times less. Unjustifiably expensive. Looks nothing like the photos. Old and run-down.
