Great food and great ambiance. Highly recommended say or night for a perfect place to post up and enjoy a mean and some space.

I stayed in La Cabana. I wouldnt say my stay here was all that extroadinary from the get go. As a first time solo traveller my make shift door didnt make me feel all too secure at night. Even more so once money was taken from my bag which i left in my room to go and relax by the pool. When i notified the reception the manager told me there are only cameras in the main communal area and so they wouldnt be able to see who was near and around my room at the time, she seemed as though she especially didnt want me to check the cameras with her. Service was pretty poor as the workers didnt present themselves as very welcoming. Perhaps it is a difference in culture though. Manager explained that their workers have been there a long time and they havent experienced anything of the sort before however i find it rather convenient that only staff would be aware of no cameras around the property. Unfortunately this experience has tainted my trip and opinion of Guatemala. If you book here perhaps choose a different room with an actual door ... or a whole different property altogether.

Absolutely cracking little boutique hotel. Informally but beautifully run with lovely clean and fresh rooms close to the beach. The leisure area was so chill and beautifully decorated and I felt very spoilt staying here. Lovely food, a super honesty fridge for drinks and icecreams, and two beautiful clean and fresh pools. Could not have wished for any better.

The staff left our room door unlocked after they cleaned it. We told them at the deck and happened again the next day. Our room didn’t have hot water. But the newer rooms do. Just so you know when book. Also gave us one price for ride to Antigua but then changed more. Weak morning coffee. Bring your own. Just FYIs .Other wise it was a beautiful , relaxing place. Clean , nice staff great pools, great location. I would stay again. Beautiful rooms. We had air that was great!

Peaceful and brilliantly run establishment in the heart of El Paredon. Friendly service and great food. Also has a decent size swimming pool. Yoga available at the weekends. Would definitely visit again. The manager was really helpful at making recommendations for activities and other places to eat too

The area is developing. This hotel is beautiful and the staff very nice. Only things to consider.... No hot water, parking space limited and that the beach sand is from volcanic rocks and it's so hot you can't stand on it.

Enjoyed our stay. Nice to have the two pools.
