The appearance of the building is high-end, but the interior of the room is average, the bathroom is poor, the water pressure is so low that it is impossible to wash your hair, the shower door cannot be closed, causing the water to flow outside, and the floor is very slippery, very dangerous⚠️

The bed is very comfortable. There is a daily fee to park at the hotel if you have a car. 10.00 per day The staff was friendly. Easy walk to down town. The rooms are very small. No sitting area other than the bed. The suites may be bigger. we were out and about most of the trip. For a long stay I would look for a larger room. The restaurant attached to the hotel has excellent food.

We asked for housekeeping after our first night and they did not touch the room or provide clean towels. Front desk was very pleasant and provided clean towels and coffee replenishment upon request.
Valet serice for car was prompt and courteous, with the exception of parking after dark; there is no access driveway and you need to understand it is the valet asking for your keys when you are not in front of the entryand they are not wearing any uniform to ID them as hotel employees.

I really liked the way the hotel was integrated with the older structure , also the rooms with 4 per floor was great. The staff qas awesome and the bar was very nice. I will stay at an Aloft again.

I did not like that there is no parking for hotel guests, only valet which you have to pay for!

Excellent accommodations-we had a corner room. King bed was very comfortable/pillows too. Very roomy and great location to many great restaurants and 5 mins walk to the Plaza Theatre.
Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Our stay at Aloft was overall a positive experience. The staff, including the valets, were friendly and helpful, though we could not reach the front desk when we called for bath towels. There were none in our room, nor was there lotion. An oversight, I am sure. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The negatives are that the room is very small and dark. We are older and need light! We would stay again, but it would not be our first choice.

Great hotel. Staff was super friendly! Great location, located next to lots of restaurants, shops, parks and museums. Everything was pretty walkable. The only flaws were limited breakfast and very limited parking. You will definitely have to do valet which was fine but you still need to find parking to unload and drop off your vehicle with the valet. The street in front of the hotel is very busy and always full of cars doing street parking. Even the designated “loading only zone” in front of the hotel was always full of parked cars. We didn’t feel comfortable just stopping in the middle of the busy street to get the valet attendants attention so several times we had to circle around multiple times until a spot opened up or we just parked down the street at a meter and had the valet driver walk to get to the vehicle. The last 2 days of the trip we just ubered to avoid the frustration of parking for the valet.
