Super rundown but the staff is nice

The room looked like it was under construction. No towels in the room. The curtains were falling down!! The floor was dirty with what looked like dog hair and food! There was red polish or lipstick all over the restroom floor, there was no where to hang out clothes. There was used soap in the bathroom! The room smelled like a whole container of bleach was poured in there. There were at least three dogs in the room next to us that kept barking all night long!! And last as you came out of the room it looked like the lobby hall way had not been vacuumed in a while. Also looked like the manager or assistant manager sleeps there bc she looked all dingy and was at the front in pajamas and smelled like smoke!!

Absolutly never again!! This location is easy to miss the entrance if never been to area. Driving into the motel , u will start feeling a very sketchy vibe. The outside was busy with lost , sad , looking individuals. I walked in to confirm my stay. Was greated extraordinary by Ashly . Walked up to my room and was immediately regretful of my choice. Room looked tidy but look to close and u have a dirty tub , dirty restroom trash with paper and what looked and smelled like scat . Filthy floor not working lights . Dirty towels in drawer . Typing this is seriously giving me stress . This location is rumored to close in days. The so call manager walked up to each door and made sure it was empty. His name is Tony. He will be transferred to motel 6 Lomaland. Please share this immediately and I involve the health department 12215 Gateway Blvd W, El Paso, TX 79936 ,

We arrived on Thursday and we called in the day before and someone at the front desk told my sister that we could get into the room just little bit early and that did not happen. We came in and had to wait for 25 mins for Maria to finish cleaning the room. We got in to the room and there was hole in the wall where the door was, you know the door knob stopper. Okay so I went out and asked Maria to come take a look so she didnt think that we did the damage. She said that they were aware that someone else did it maintenance was going to repair it. She left and we noticed that there was no towels and the room was not as clean as it should be. So i went to get some towels and they said the towels were washing. OMG. I had to come back later to get towels. Later on that evening we came back and I seen some shady people outside. We use the key to get in and the door would not unlock so my niece was waving some person through the door window to let us in. So as we are walking down the hall I noticed some guy place a stick at the bottom of the door to keep it open and all night we heard people coming in and out.I couldnt sleep cause some drunk people above us was making so much noise and I thought my car was going to be stolen. Anyways we got some sleep even though one eye was open. So we got up, got ready thinking about having some breakfast and come to find out they serve coffee only. It said on there website continental breakfast but I guess not. We should of went upstairs cause someone was cooking in one of the rooms. Maybe they could of served us some breakfast. Anyways, we took off to Rafas where they have the best mexican food and headed out to the outlet mall. We hung out with our dad waiting to watch the Netflix fight with Mike Tyson and Jake the snake. We ended up calling a night cause we tired of waiting for the fight. Never again with Netflix it wad horrible and waste if time. We headed back to Motel 6 and low and behold, walked into the room and my niece said hurry Tia open the door I have to use the restroom and she walked into the bathroom and water came from the ceiling, water on the toilet seat and on the floor. We were so tired and my sister was pissed off, she said Hell No. I grabbed my duffle bag to change cause I was tired and placed it on the bed and I noticed a yellow wet circle, I looked up and water had come from the ceiling. I had taken my shoes off and walked out and I stepped on the carpet outside the door and the carpet was soaked with water. I have pictures to prove it. I went to the front desk and there was Caesar. I told him everything and he came to inspect and he took pictures and apologized. We told him to give us a refund cause we didnt want to stay. He said he couldnt give us a refund but that he could give another room that had no ac or heater. We s

When my wife and i arrived at the hotel, we were informed that there were no accessible rooms available. Since my wife has difficulty walking, we were given a room on the second floor. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order, so we had to use the stairs. The room was not acceptable and I called the front office to let her know. The room was not what we pictured from what we saw booking online. We booked a handicap room 2 months prior. The front desk lady was quite unaccommodating stating "its not my problem" and seemed to be uninterested in helping us with our request to move to a bottom floor. We brought up our concerns with the manager and after having an extensive conversation. He made accommodations for us and moved us to a bottom floor. He was extremely helpful in addressing the issues.. We greatly appreciated the accommodation and enjoyed the conversation. but this was unacceptable and inconvenient.

I have stayed at over a hundred different Motel6's and there were some doggies, but this was THE WORST. We booked two rooms, one of them weeks in advance and requested a ground floor room. On arrival we were told only one room was available on the 2nd floor, but without TV. The elevator is out of order! The two rooms on the third floor were opposite a fist size hole in the dry wall in a filthy corridor. One room had an inoperable TV, the other a TV with a remote with loose batteries. Both rooms had beds made up upside down! (sheet on top of blanket and blankets with holes). The maid left a spray bottle in one room and a wad of toilet paper behind the bathroom door! The window latch was broken. The heating/cooling controller was smashed. The shower curtain rod was hanging by one screw. The bath tub faucet was turned sideways. The wi-fi had dial-up speed. There was no lock on the side door entrances of the building. No coffee was provided in the morning. Do NOT stay at this motel. They have no shame renting out rooms like that and the franchise should yank their name.

The room was disgusting/filthy. The hallway smelled. The carpets are filthy as well as the drapes in the room. There were **** remnants in the only available drawers (a no smoking room), no hangers, the smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling and just sitting there on a table. There were people loitering in the lobby and parking lot. The side door was left unlocked to allow anyone to walk in 24/7. DO NOT STAY AT THIS MOTEL 6. There are many other hotels and motels in El Paso that are clean and safe. I stayed one night and cancelled the rest of my stay. I did not feel safe and I worried about my car in the parking lot. Staff does not care-it is more of a halfway house than a motel. I never expected this from Motel 6.

This place is exceedingly a waste of time and money. the toilet, shower and sink had plumbing issues. it’s literally Uninhabitable living conditions very unsafe especially for children. I was thinking maybe if I bring the issues up to their attention that they will resolve the issue and actually make a difference. but, instead the manager hides herself and sends her employees to fight her battles for her, unbelievable. so, much for being professional, right? You would think she would greet and meet me. but, no I didn’t even get a decent out of courtesy apology from the manager. instead her employees apologized on her behalf. The housekeeping seemed to be more understanding and empathetic to our issues. Thank you for that housekeeping y’all at least made it a bit better.

Had the worst valentines ever!!! wanted to rekindle our love where we met. First thing we smelled when opening the door was straight up cigarettes and the sheets on the bed even smelled like cigarettes. Good thing I didn’t slip and fall while being pregnant. We wanted to switch Rooms when the problem started to actually show. Then, was told they couldn’t because they needed managers approval. i wish they would have mentioned all the things that were wrong with the room. Tried to face the manager to bring up the problem to her attention. She sends her employees to fight her battles. Couldn’t brush our teeth or even shower. so upsetting.
