Location is not bad, right off I-10W and my God, the reception guy was so nice! Very friendly and since I am "Flea" Phobic, doesn't not want to stay at any room that they allow Pets to stay, so he recommended 2nd floor and the room is pretty clean. TV is good, shower is hot and they have Dove amenities... Breakfast is a bust, but what can you say, you get what you paid for, but at least, got coffee to go with me... Overall, nothing to complain and I would not mind to stay there again!

Terrible place. Blankets are full of stains and burns looks like it wasnt cleaned at all. Won’t go back

I made the reservation on line. So I checked in at 1:00 pm and the lady told me..if you want to check in right now is going to cost you 30 Dollars more... Because check in is usually at 3:00 pm . I said that's too late I need to rest, and she said it's going to cost $ 30.00 Dollars more And I told the lady I never heard of that. So I paid the $ 30.00 Dollars.....is this correct.. Are the hotels charging extra..Because she said that check in was at 3.00 pm ...come on..that's too late

I tried calling since the minute I booked and nobody answered my numerous calls. Arrived to the property and no one was there to check in. I tried calling after and NO ONE ANSWERED. I never checked in.

Despite the listing and nice pictures there was no breakfast provided. Just coffee water and white bread. Apparently everyone complains about this. The paint was peeling in the room, the shower faucet was broken off the wall and none drains would drain. Staff just chuckled and said yes everyone complains.
