Staff are very friendly. Shuttle service to hotel and to airport was excellent. The food at the hotel restaurant was good and reasonably priced.

The A/C in the room did not work. The room looked outdated. The shower door did not close. Not worth the price they were charging

I called ahead to check the pool times and to make sure it was heated and the they said it’s open 24/7 but it wasn’t warm, I still booked just to find out the pool is closed along w the hot tub

Property was excellent, stayed in El Paso prior and had a terrible experience with a different hotel. Great atmosphere, felt very safe, since I was traveling alone.

Room layout was very nice but the bathroom was right. The tile floors were a bit dirty, a quick dust moping of or vacuuming would have done it. The heater only bore out tepid air.

The front desk lady was not accommodating because we booked thru *******. Neither of our room keys worked. We had to go get new ones at the front desk at 12:30 a.m. after our event in the hall was over. Our room was located outside of the interior of the building and it was freezing cold so the frustration that our room keys did not work was justifiable…..
