Incomplete building, no parking
Terrible building layout, the building is not finished and there is no parking. The lobby is in the 2nd floor and the showers pond.

I felt very comfortable here. My room was very clean and quiet. The pool and restaurant were very nice.

This hotel is settled infront of the ocean, however, do not expect to walk down to the water because it's not accessible and it is unsafe. Beds are comfortable and staff is friendly.There's a few taco shops and restaurants that are within walking distance. We used Uber to visit downtown and port of Ensenada. Bufadora is only about an hour drive away. Theres's also a safari style zoo and capybara zoo on the way to la bufadora. Only negative was when staff gave guests access to the bluetooth speaker in the pool area. They couldve at least switched it up or lowered the speaker since not everyone at the pool listened to the same genre/songs. We think it was a bachelorette party. They do have parking on site but its unfinished. Can be tricky if youre driving a large vehicle. It is not connected to the hotel so there's no elevator to the hotel. You have to walk up the ramps (gets trickier if you have too much luggage) but they do offer valet.

And well, I had to settle for using a completely dirty bed, and all this happened on the first night of my stay. The next day, when I went down for breakfast, I ordered a hot meal that never arrived at my table. After an hour of waiting, I opted to go to the person who had taken my order to cancel it. So, in conclusion, this place is very poorly organized with very bad service in general. Everything was just more than disappointing.

There was not enough parking spaces. When we arrived there was a private event being hosted. The attendees of the event took all the parking space. We had to park on the side on top of the side walk. Also, the private event was in the rooftop by the pool. The private event hostess was not happy that occupants of the hotel were using the pool while the event was going on. Also, at first they denied our entrance to the pool because of the private event. We the
