Very clean hotel. The airport shuttle service is very convenient, although you need to call the hotel to arrange a pick-up when arrival. There are also plenty of food options nearby, within about a 10–15 minute walk. Overall, a very convenient stay.

I really enjoyed their breakfast; they had a great selection of hot dishes, and the chef did an excellent job with the sandwiches and wraps – all very delicious! **Location:** It's incredibly convenient for the airport, and the shuttle service to the airport is also very handy and doesn't require prior booking. **Service:** The front desk staff was very warm, enthusiastic, and attentive. **Facilities:** They have standard ice machines, which were a real relief from the heat.

I booked this hotel for a layover in Los Angeles. They offer a free airport shuttle, but be aware: there are two Hilton Garden Inns near the airport. For *this* one, you need to call the hotel for a pickup, whereas the other one doesn't require a call. After collecting your luggage, head to the 'hotel parking' area and look for the red sign. Call the hotel, tell them which terminal you're at, and provide your name and phone number. They'll send a car to pick you up within 15-30 minutes. (Initially, we got on a Hilton Garden Inn shuttle at the red sign, only to find out it wasn't the correct hotel when we arrived!) Bottled water in the room costs extra, but there's complimentary iced water available in the lobby. There's also a small convenience store. Rooms don't come with toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers. About a 10-minute walk away, there's a commercial area with an In-N-Out Burger and a 7-Eleven. Remember to book in advance, as prices tend to increase closer to the date.

Nice location nearby airport. Hotel is okay and has all i need near by. The only thing i dont enjoy is parking fee. They should have free parking lot for guests.

I had some issues with the free airport shuttle to and from the hotel. The sound proofing wasn't very good in the room either

This hotel is extremely unfriendly. Especially the staff member Eboni, who was very rude and unprofessional. As soon as I checked into the room, I checked the bed sheets and found them dirty, so I asked to change rooms. However, her facial expression and tone were very rude. Also, the carpet has a very strong moldy smell. I had seen many reviews mentioning how unfriendly the staff were, but after experiencing it myself, I truly believe the staff need proper customer service training. There was not even a simple friendly greeting upon arrival. Even after I showed photos of the dirty bed sheets, there was not a single apology. Instead, the staff responded in a rude and dismissive manner. I have stayed at many hotels before, but this was honestly the first time I have experienced such poor customer service. On top of that, the hot water and water pressure were terrible as well. Overall, this stay was very disappointing.

The hotel is clean and friendly, convenient location to free shuttle airport. The bed is so comfortable, but only the breakfast we paid was not worth, It was not buffet. You need order in the menu. It looks like children meals. you will not be full. Bad breakfast, not recommend to purchase breakfast.

Really enjoyed staying here. It's right next door to the K Line which can take you to the Metro Hub (buses and shuttles to LAX. In the opposite direction Redondo Beach. I didn't go in but l checked out the pool which was outside, warm and clean. Highly recommend.
