Great Location Close To Airport Convenient Free Shuttle Amazing Breakfast Included

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport, which makes it very accessible and ideal for travelers. The free airport shuttle is a big plus and very helpful for hassle-free transfers. The receptionists were friendly and accommodating, making check-in and overall stay smooth and pleasant. However, there are a few areas for improvement. The breakfast selection is quite limited and repetitive, with the same options offered daily. It would be better to have more variety, especially for guests staying multiple days. Additionally, it would be nice if the hotel could provide complimentary bottled water, as this is something many travelers appreciate. Overall, it’s a convenient and comfortable stay, but improving the breakfast and small guest amenities would make the experience even better.

The hotel is not taking responsibility. We had a 9am flight from LAX, and booked the airport shuttle for 630am for five of us (we booked two rooms), and only 2 of us can get on, the remaining 3 needed was left behind. We went back to the hotel and ask for help. The front desk person said that the shuttle services was shared by the next door hotel AC Hotel by Marriott. I asked her why we didnt get on even booking, and he confirmed only five of us were booked and we should be on the shuttle. Then she lukewarmly called the other hotel and they said that the other hotel is trying to find someone to approve the uber expense. We eneded up have to get an uber for us for $20USD, around 655am. We barely made our flight. Here is the issue 1. the 630 driver said it happened all the time. 2. the AC hotel staff said they are not authorized to approved the uber since the manager is out of readch and possibly sleeping. 3. both hotels, Hyatt and AC, didnt seem to care about booking and reservation. 4. the front desk staff was lukewarm to help, after I repeatedly asked her to make the call, then told me that AC hotel was handling. The Hyatt hotel is fine but the shuttle service is totally unacceptable. It ruins the reputation of Hyatt.

Size of our room is spacious. The mattress is a bit too soft, and the water pressure of the shower is very weak. Breakfast varieties are limited. Overall, it is still ok.

Nicely renovated hotel. Breakfast is not bad for the price. Be careful with the shuttle service. They charge you for certain hours. See pic. If you are just staying here for transit, this is a good one. No stores or restaurant around but as long as you know what you are getting, it’s good.

Hotel is fairly new and all the facilities seem to be in good condition. The location is quiet as it is next to a newly developed business park that is still empty. The parking lot gets full, but the staff was able to situate us in the overflow parking without issues.
