HiWay Inn Express Elk City Route 66

Arrived on the 20th of May at 6 pm. Open sign flashing and lobby open. Hand written note on counter stating if no one present call number. Called the person who answered was extremely rude and informed me if no one was there they are closed. I booked with rewards on 5-3. I asked for refund and was told to take it up with my credit card. The investigator for more my card tried repeatedly to reach hotel unsuccessfully until I gave them the 214 Irving Texas number I called. The investigator reached them and they still refused to refund. Stay completely away from all HiWay Inns. HiWay robbery

We booked a room. We were traveling and when we got there, no one was at the front desk. They left a number to call but they didn't answer. I contacted ******* and they tried to contact the hotel. Nobody answered

The room was dirty had live roaches everywheres the whole room needed to be redone there was black tape everywheres the bathroom door was all ripped up the tub was nasty as i have ever seen one the ac unit was barely working the person behind the counter was rude not only to me but a couple other people that whole motel needs to be shut down and either remodeled or thrown down the front door to the roon didnt shut all the way someone needs to go out there and completely shut it down

Will not do again Nobody at counter called number provided was unable to check in after calling number the person on other end said nobody in the building and just to cancel reservation will not recommend staying there

Disgusting hotel. When we arrived at the motel there was nobody at the reception. Called twice before they answerd. And then we had to wait fifteen minutes for them to come and give us a key. The room hadn't been cleaned at all the the beds weren't even made. There was no other guests at the hotel. All the rooms were vacant. We went back to the reception to request a clean room. But he wouldn't answer our phone call again. We waited 10 minute's. We didn't stay at the hotel. It was too disgusting. The picture shows how we found the room, we didn't touch it.

The towel was smeared and caked with someone else’s dried poop! All of the sheets and towels were dirty. I have stayed in lots of cheap hotels and never seen anything even close to this disgusting!

dirty old mattresses stacked up outside, room smelled really bad, toilet disgusting, floors filthy and window seal full of bugs. didn't even stay. just left and lost my payment.

Roaches, just gross

It was cheap and warm. The temperature is in the minus
