The hotel room is very clean, the service is very friendly, the breakfast is a single point, 10 dollars. There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel, eating noodles. It should be a good hotel near the airport

A very nice hotel. I stay there often. In 2021 I had a bad experience there but since then I have generally been very satisfied with the property. Overall, the staff is especially nice including, but not limited to, the housekeeping and bistro staff. On my most recent trip they initially failed to give me a food and beverage credit that I was entitled to because of my Marriott Bonvoy status and the manager, though requested to, did not call me to discuss it. Also the staff failed to send me a revised statement showing the credit, as a front desk person said they would. However I was told that a credit to my credit card would be issued and it was. But for the food and beverage issue, I would have given the property an excellent rating

This hotel is amazing! It has a great location, next to everywhere you need to be went on business. FedEx is located about a mile away, and there are fast food options, if necessary. They have breakfast service in the morning at a fee, and really great coffee. The Front Desk staff is incredibly friendly, as is their housekeeping staff. The hotel is immaculate, and it is one year old. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the showers are great. They use Dry bar, toiletry items which is really surprising, and really good. While I was there, it was so slippery and snowy, I had to enlist the assistance of the Front Desk agent to help me get to my car. I was not prepared for icy sidewalks. I met a gentleman by the name of Erie, and he was so kind. He would help me each morning with my car. He helped me get to my car, so I wouldn’t slip, and was so understanding, and hospitable. He always checked on me when I would enter the hotel, ensured I received my packages and asked me if I ever needed any assistance. he exudes Hospitality, and really enjoys his position. I highly recommend this hotel, it’s a great place to stay. The rooms are a good size, and I did see a mix of business, travelers and families. The parking is ample in a flat lot in the back, with spaces in the front 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.

This hotel is in a relatively quiet space, while near very busy traffic on Algonquin Rd, and IL-53. The building has some old quirks, but the rooms I got during a couple stays were perfectly maintained. It is a pretty small hotel, but it has a courtyard. I didn't realize it while booking beforehand, they have a bunch. of rooms with apartment-style balconies facing west. I'm going to look to check rates on those specifically next time.
