Great place to stay! Our room was really clean, the bed was super comfortable plus the bathroom is so spacious with an awesome shower. Will definitely stay again and we loved the cafe on the first floor called ”Relish” where we had breakfast before we left.

We had spent 4 nights here during August 2023. There were several hotels in the area, so we had to look for parking. We actually got to the hotel early, by 1 night, and they were able to accommodate us. The front desk service was very helpful and upgraded us based on status. The only problem we had, was that we were supposed to have housekeeping services on Saturday and no one came. When I reported it to the front desk, by late afternoon, they still hadn't come. Since we were checking out on Sunday morning, I just got what I needed and took it back to the room. Overall, the place was clean, price was right, we were satisfied with our room, and we would return.

So glad I stayed at this hotel instead of the Ghetto Hampton Inn right behind it. If you're a professional that's looking for rest and relaxation without the ghettoness, this hotel is it! Staff was great and attentive.

The hotel’s cleanliness and service have been well maintained for several years. The kitchen utensils in the suite are very complete, there is Martin's food supermarket not far from the road, you can enjoy yourself when you don't want to eat delicious food. The best thing is that in addition to the breakfast, the Sala bar in the afternoon is really a good thing for travel.

This is 11pm on July 9 2022, the same night I checked in, 3 hours after I arrived, with my wife and my 10 months and 4 years. I just finished shower in the room 221, our 3rd room, and waiting for my wife’s text to inform me that our kids all asleep. So I could return to the room 402, our 2nd room, to let she come to take the shower in the 3rd room and return the key card to the front desk. Yes, it’s a bit complicated and nonsense. This is the worst service I’ve ever experienced in my whole life. 1. I booked the hotel using Priceline, and when I arrived this lady at front desk claimed the virtual card the Priceline provided is not valid, and I need to contact the Priceline to make it right. When I asked if they could help call since it’s the problem between the hotel and the Priceline. She said no it’s not her problem and started to talk to the next customer. So I called and waited. It turns out this is her problem. The Priceline called her and they solve the problem between them. It took me 30min to check in. 2. I was offered the room 413. The ceiling light is out. The tissue box is empty. The light in the restroom mirror is flickering. So we asked to change the room. 3. I was then offered the room 402. It was already 9pm, 1 hour after we arrived. We started to unpack again and giving bath to kids. We brought our own compact bath tub for kids. When our 4 years old was done and we pour the water into the hotels bath tub we noticed it was clogged. It didn’t drain, at all. I don’t want to change room again since we are fully unpacked and setup for our kids. So I called the front desk and she said she would see if she could send someone up. So I waited, for 20 minutes, then I went down to the lobby. The same lady then said ionly she and the bartender was on site and no one could fix it until tomorrow. She didn’t inform this in my call, she didn’t call back if she’s not aware of this in the first place and she didn’t even apologize but give a face that I could leave now. I tried to be polite and said all I need is a good shower, I can not do it with the clogging. Still no apology and she answered yes she could fix it tomorrow but she couldn’t do anything now. She made it like it’s my fault and she was doing me a favor. She didn’t even bother to offer to change the room. So I asked for the change, again. She searched carefully and gave me my 3rd room, 221, two levels below the 402. I asked if she could give me a room at 4th floor. She said no because the room left on the 4th floor was not the type of my reservation. I said do you understand how much inconvenient caused me here? That was my second room already. Can’t you just give me any room on the 4th floor? Yes but no, no room for me on the 4th floor. She said either I take the room or she has the clog fixed tomorrow, there’s nothing else she can do. Fine, I was exhausted. So I asked can I keep both cards so I could bring only essentials to my new room two levels below and do the packin

This hotel is situated among a whole slew of other hotels and for it price point is an excellent value. While the decor is dated (think 80's country) the rooms are clea and the beds are comfortable. The rooms have the usual amenities , mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Daily housekeeping was provided which is rare in this day and age. Complimentary breakfast was also provided and had the usual fare, sausage, eggs, waffles, cereal, etc. There were a few small issues, there were no plugs for the sink or bathtub and the exhaust fan did not work resulting in a very steamy bathroom. The remote for the TV would not turn the TV on or off but you could still change the channels and adjust the volume. Another complaint, and this is for most hotels in general not just this one, is that there is no list of channels available for the TV. Wether it is Comcast, Infinity, Direct TV, etc, you have to scroll through the on screen guide only to find the channel you've chosen is not available to watch. One sad thing I noted was that the TV was bolted down to the dresser it was sitting on. Don't know if this is a commentary of the state of things where you can't trust your clientelle to not steal things in the room. Overall this is a nicely maintained budget hotel and I would certainly consider staying here again.
