Happy Smart Inn I-10 Eloy and Casa Grande

This place is still looking new and up kept. Its lobby was just as shown in the pictures. Quiet environment.

The property is dark and very dirty. It appears to be a hotel where most of the people are living there. They have chairs outside the doors with cigarette butts. It's dirty trashy and I would never stay there again. The staff was very nice and helpful and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was nice. The TV didn't have very many channels unless you used her own accounts to open apps. There was no coffee machine or coffee. The towels were clean but they had old stains on them. There was a refrigerator in the room but someone had left food in it and it hadn't been cleaned out. This property was not up to the standards of what I believe ********* expects

I didn’t like it because the guy was playing his music all night I couldn’t sleep sorry but I didn’t get the service I needed it thank you

Room just didn’t have hand towels or face cloths and no trash can, I hated to just leave trash on counter or floors

I booked a ground floor king bed and when we got to the motel they said they didn’t have it anymore. What is the use of a reservation if the motel doesn’t honor it? S shower was luke warm and slow to drain. Smell of smoke drifting in from neighbors rooms smoking in front.. cats everywhere

Bed sheets stained. Old torn desk chair. No phone. Writing on light switch. Broken bath faucet. No remote, tv was on n stayed on. No ac. I can’t believe this is on ******* website. Slept about 3 hours only because we couldn’t drive anymore n too tired to get another hotel. I never complain, but this was unbelievably a bad experience!!! I need a refund on this poor old hotel.

This hotel looked like it was abandoned. The smell of cats and garbage was gross. The rooms were slightly better than the outside and i did not feel safe in my room. Its not the hotels fault they are what they are. I should have known you get what ypu pay for.

The man who checked me in was nice and none of this was his fault. I had to call him in a couple of times due to lights not working, problems with tv, room not very clean
