Trip.com Group Country Retreats (Mount Emei Yixi-Qingyin Joint Resort)

The service was excellent! They thoughtfully picked us up and dropped us off at the train station. Once at the hotel, the butler was always quick to respond and resolve any issues we had. Our room was very warm and not at all damp, and the floor wasn't cold to the touch. The bathroom even had a thoughtful clothing drying rack, which was a nice touch. The private hot spring bath was also very relaxing! Breakfast was superb, with many items like steamed buns, 'ye'er ba' (a local snack), and 'zongzi' (sticky rice dumplings) all homemade. The noodles at breakfast were also exceptionally delicious, and all the ingredients were very fresh. We also ordered lunch, and the dishes were very tasty. All in all, this place deserves full marks, and we'll definitely be back!

The hotel's location is excellent. From the back door, it's just a short walk to the ticket office of Qingyinge Scenic Area, and it's also close to Wuxiangang Bus Station. It's suitable for young people who enjoy hiking and also for family leisure trips, as the paths in the Qingyinge area are easy to navigate. The misty mountain view from the window is breathtaking; waking up to such beauty every day is a treat. The room's decor, with every flower and every scene, truly reflects the hotel's thoughtful design. We encountered a few issues during check-in, but the concierge quickly resolved them. I wish the hotel prosperous business and look forward to my next visit!

This is my second stay at this hotel, and the experience was once again perfect! From check-in, the staff were as warm and attentive as ever, maintaining an exceptionally high standard of service that made me feel right at home. The room was clean, comfortable, and the environment quiet and pleasant. I slept incredibly soundly on the first night, right until morning, which shows how comfortable the bedding and overall stay were. The hotel's natural surroundings are also wonderful; seeing butterflies and bees flitting among the gardens was incredibly delightful. During my stay, the hotel happened to be holding Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations. What touched me most was that the hotel thoughtfully gave me a small mooncake as a festive gift. Although it was just a small gesture, it conveyed immense warmth and sincerity, which was truly heartwarming! I will definitely be back. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely worth another stay!

The location is fantastic, the scenery is beautiful, and the room facilities are excellent. Dining with family while overlooking the mountains and forest was a wonderful experience. The guesthouse is just a stone's throw from the ticket gate, making it perfect for those who don't like strenuous climbs as you can walk to Yixiantian (One-Line Sky) and back. The coffee bar at the guesthouse is also quite good, and all the staff members are very enthusiastic.

The room was great, and the view was lovely. The staff were attentive throughout my stay, making me feel right at home. Both breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were delicious. The breakfast main dishes were all homemade, and the beef noodles for breakfast were especially good. I highly recommend staying here.

The scenery is beautiful, and the service is excellent. They even walked us to our car under the scorching sun. The service response was also good in the middle of the night. Although the food selection wasn't extensive, it tasted delicious. It would be even better if the room with the private hot spring offered a bit more privacy. A portable speaker in the room would also add to the comfort.
