Miss Xu Ya Peng and the staff at the desk was amazing. Specifically miss Xu gave us all the necessary information that we needed to find our tour for the Golden summit. She spoke very good English and she was very accommodating. I would not describe this hotel as luxury but as a very good starting point for the specific tour that we took. The bed was as hard as a rock. If you are a seasoned traveller this will not be an issue for at least one night.

The room was decent, and we got a free upgrade. The price was good since it was after the summer holiday. Breakfast was also quite good. We stayed for a few days and also enjoyed the pool and hot springs. Overall, it was pretty good.

The resort is huge and the service is excellent! They even gave us hiking poles and warming patches when they found out we were going to hike Mount Emei. The room definitely shows its age, and I was on the fourth floor, but thankfully the main entrance/exit is on the first floor since it's a sunken building. There's no elevator in the accommodation building. The hot springs are outdoors and open from 2 PM to 11 PM. Breakfast was great, from 7 AM to 10 AM, with dozens of options. The Bobo chicken and sweet skin duck were especially delicious.

Lovely stay. Beautiful location at the base of mount Emei. The hot springs exceeded our expectations. Many hot pools, over 40 degrees. Not too busy in the afternoon. Busier after dinner. Hotel room was dated but comfortable.

Hotel staff is very friendly and fluent in English so I would recommend it to all foreign visitors. We chose the option with breakfast which was good before we headed to EmeiShan. They were very helpful and could answer all our questions.

Ample parking is available, making it great for road trips. There are many dining options nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The staff are friendly and attentive. The rooms are also well-equipped. Highly recommend!
