Very good and spacious hotel for the 5 of us! The sofa bed was also good. Convenient location and has a nice shopping area nearby. We even watched karate kid nearby

Booked for 4 days but our was never cleaner except on the 2nd after some arguments. Although i was informed that it will cleaned every other day but it was 5pm on the second day and still no cleaner came until I asked the desk person who did not answer me patiently and nicely…

The reception always welcome when I come back to hotel during my stay. She was so nice to contribute to my comfortable stay in this hotel.

sudden false fire alarm at mid night 4:00 on 5/5/2024, change towels only one time in two days (i have made 7 days) breakfast is poor

I've stayed here several times; it's a simple and comfortable hotel with a basic complimentary breakfast.

The hotel is located near a shopping center on Bay Street. It's a great place to shop, have a quick meal, and enjoy some nice food. There's a Trader Joe's, Starbucks, Marshalls, and more. There's a lot to see, and there's a great jogging and walking path along the beach. There's also a marina. It was a really fun and enjoyable experience. The breakfast was also delicious.

The location, facilities, and service were all excellent, and the breakfast was also good. I was very satisfied.

The hotel was quite nice, but definitely avoid booking rooms near the railway tracks at the back, or it will be incredibly noisy. Breakfast was extremely basic, and there were many Indian guests. One cheerful Indian family with five children came for breakfast and devoured almost all the hash browns in no time. The rest of us exchanged knowing glances and shook our heads with knowing smiles…

This experience was really not good, because I had to take care of a child in this hotel. When I woke up in the morning, I saw big cockroaches all over the bed. I was so scared that I went to negotiate to change my room. But I forgot to buy a new piece of clothing and went back to look for it. No more. Completely speechless😓

There were power outages several times.

It was a very happy stay. The hotel is located in a small town near San Francisco. The town is quiet and beautiful. You can see the coastline in the distance outside the hotel window. There are many beautiful shops near the hotel. It is a good place for food, accommodation and shopping.

The room is not big, but it is quite comfortable to live in. The breakfast has a variety of varieties and meets basic needs.

The hotel is satisfactory in all aspects

The hygiene is okay, but there are two Hyatts right next to it, but the building pictures of the same ones are used online.
