The glamping tents are perfect for visiting the Charyn Canyon (Valley of Castles). They're right by the visitor centre at the entrance gate, 10km down the road from the turn off the highway. Guides there also offered us an exclusive canyon hike. Tent itself was great for two of us - two beds, heater, light, and the view is amazing. It was occasionally a little noisy when the wind got really high. The tent doesn't have a bathroom - you have to walk a few minutes to the visitor centre. Regardless, it's one of the best places to stay to visit the Canyon.

We reached the stay at 10:30pm only to find out that the safari tent we booked had been damaged and we have to move to another stay. No apologies and no service was available at the other stay. We asked for a kettle but never got one. Also, the toilets are a 15mins walk from the safari tent which made no sense and is not clear on their website. Overall, the view is amazing but the service is not worth it and very rude staff.

A super chill tent camping experience. Inside the tent, you'll find a bed, bedding, a table, chairs, a kettle, a heater, and a single light bulb. (There's no bathroom or toilet; you have to walk or drive to the service center. At night, it's pitch black, with no streetlights, which is especially inconvenient for women!) Overall, camping in a tent with such a stunning view is "absolutely fantastic."

Arriving, I was guided to my accommodations by a very friendly guide. The quiet atmosphere allowed me to leisurely enjoy the view. While small, it was enough for a day. When I took the shower, the hot and cold water faucets were reversed, so I initially thought there was no hot water, which took a while to resolve. I also liked the restaurant, and the cookies they gave me after check-in were delicious. I recommend staying here for a night rather than a day trip. At night, I even saw a shooting star!
