Fairfield Inn & Suites Springfield Enfield

This hotel is quite nice in terms of cleanliness, space and comfort. However their night staff was not very professional - made quite some mistakes and provided wrong information.

We were welcomed nicely with two amazing front desk representatives. Received clean and comfy room. It was day before Christmas, and we were told the timing for breakfast . Next morning we found out there no breakfast served at all! Because it’s Christmas!! It’s like you book the flight , but no flight attendants cuz they are on vocation 😀 All hotels guests were very confused, no one received any note about it, we were very disappointed because one of the reason we pay more for this hotel -is breakfast, since we were driving with kids. Don’t recommend this hotel .

Absolutely Underated. Big, clean, QUIET rooms. Free breakfast buffet. The staff is amazingly professional, polite, and helpful. I didn't know what to expect from Enfield Ct- but my expectations were exceeded. The beds and pillows made for a great nights sleep. The TVs have YouTube and other streaming services. The walk in shower and comfort height toilets were a nice touch. Overall - a 10/10 stay - I highly recommend.

Actually the staff was good. We were kept awake all night long by people just talking in the room next to us. Sound carried so easily from room to room. Called down to the desk at 3 or 4 in the morning, no answer.

Friendly staff. We got the king suite and the room was bigger than expected for the price. Bathroom lacked heat but it was pretty large and warm enough in there that it wasn’t too much of an issue.

Room was very clean with many electric outlets which made it easy to charge my iphone, iwatch, and hearing aids.
