Well, had to lay my head somewhere as all local places were booked, The guy I spoke to was a genuine decent guy, micheal was his name, I had to take a studio flat as it was all they have, all I wanted was tv and shower, so first impressions, yeah it's a studio room, lovely views of green lanes, first thing was wire hanging out of wall, which I was told for cctv, ( alarm bells ) why cctv in a room all cables are normally external. Prob just mis comunication. So first thing I always do is turn the box on, we'll one of them, found out both didn't work, so gave micheal a call and he sorted it straight away, great service. I only had a few issues, 1 it was like the Sahara, but there was 3 fans, so all good, 2 hobs not connected wires just left in cupboard,( luckily I forgot my super noodles). 3 fire alarm is in cupboard with fire blanket and extinguisher, which is a no no but easily sorted, other than that all good ill stay again, oh this room has views of green lanes but no curtains so you wake up when the sun does, but hey so do the birds, value for money? Probably if they get the safety issues fixed and curtains, also wired in hob and displayed fire blanket and extinguisher, but other than that, it's wood green and I'd stay again.

My husband and I stayed at the Alhambra Hotel for two weeks - our sixth stay since 2008. The Alhambra earns our five-star rating by ticking all the boxes: perfect location near St. Pancras/King's Cross rail stations; comfortable, clean, and well-maintained; friendly and helpful staff; convenient amenities including taxis arranged to and from the airports and discount tour tickets; and reasonable rates. We really enjoy being able to count on the Alhambra as our ”home away from home” as we hop on the Tube or bus to explore London, or take the train for day trips such as Blenheim Palace. We’ll be back!

Kip hotel joke yourself from the external but instead is a confortable, young mood and very modern design. I stay there during few days but it’s perfect in every circumstances. I will come back surely

We always stay at the Lion & Key when we visit London and have been fortunate enough to stay here again in October, December, and also January for my husbands 80th birthday. This really is the ”Savoy” of the small hotels in London and we always know without fail, we will have the most perfect stay. All the staff genuinely care about their guests having the best experience and you cannot fault the care and attention to detail that this hotel takes to ensure an excellent customer experience. They have a great team of which we would like to thank Giorgio, Kanti and Stephania for making all our visits a home away from home. The rooms and also public areas in the hotel are kept pristinely clean and are bright and cheerful. I love the attention to detail this hotel has even with the smallest thing. i.e. the shower cap in the bathroom also has a small hairband in the box ,which is excellent if you have long hair and can’t find your own! The beds are also extremely comfortable and we both always have an excellent night sleep. We love the open kitchen where you can see all the food being freshly prepared and cooked to order. They are very generous with their breakfast time which doesn’t end until 12 o’clock lunchtime. The choice and range that they offer in their restaurant, regardless of breakfast or main meals throughout the day would accommodate even the most fussiest eaters, which I am, but even I am extremely spoilt for choice as the breakfast menu is so comprehensive. The quality of the ingredients used in the restaurant is first class and so is the time and care in presentation which also reflects the pride that they take. We can honestly say that the breakfast’s we have at the L&K are the most tastiest, freshest, consistently perfect breakfast’s we have ever had and far exceed the quality that we have experienced over the years in 4 & 5 star hotels. To be honest, we often wonder how they continuously provide such care and attention to detail for the customer, even more so since Covid as many many hotels and restaurants seem to still use this as an excuse for a less than perfect service or menu range. We must’ve had over 100 of breakfasts since we have been coming here in 2018 and the eggs are always perfectly cooked with a lovely orange yolk, regardless of whether it’s a normal full English breakfast, or my husbands favorite the Egg Royale. We very rarely eat sausages or bacon at home, but the quality and taste of the ones here are amazing, so we always, always enjoy our breakfast which set us up for exploring all day. The transport links to this hotel are excellent as well. There are four buses that go past the hotel to Leyton underground, one of which is running 24 hours and they seem to come by every few minutes. Stratford is only four stops from Leyton so excellent connections for overground, DLR, O2 etc. Liverpool Street is the next stop along for even more connections so the location we find is a great asset to wherever we

To whom it may concern I wish to complain about my experience with the Canary Wharf point A hotel on the 24th of March. I was very disappointed with the service and lack of professionalism members of staff showed me and my friends during our short time at the hotel. Firstly, we got told to turn the music down which I totally understand and respected, after turning the music right down we get another knock on the door and once again it was security and a female member of staff claiming we were doing drugs and smoking (which really upset and offended me as I have recently lost a close friend to drug use). I offered them to come and search the room to prove we had no drugs and weren’t smoking but they were having none of it and told us we had to leave. To make it even worse they also made my other two friends leave who were in a totally separate room with no reason or evidence of this supposed drug use and smoking. I tried explaining that we have travelled from Sunderland and would be stranded with no where to stay but I was ignored and told to leave. Before we left the same female member of staff told us the manager has told them to make us leave she then gave us a card with a number to get hold of the manager which we rung immediately after leaving. If our experience with the hotel and service wasn’t bad enough, we then get told on the phone there’s no manager in the building which makes me believe the manager never told anyone to kick us out. In total we spent around 2 hours in the hotel and when I asked about getting a refund I got totally blanked and ignored. I have also emailed Canary Wharf point A hotel to express my disappointment with how we were treated but have not received a reply at this moment. We have been to West Lodge’s Mary Beale restaurant on many occasions and it never disappoints whether it is lunch, dinner or afternoon tea. We went for a special birthday lunch and had a fabulous meal in delightful surroundings. The atmosphere is of quality high standards but without being stuffy or snooty. The staff are friendly with attention to detail and quality service. The food is always delicious; beautifully cooked with fantastic ingredients. Excellent wine cellar with knowledgeable sommelier. This is a great alternative venue for a special event with a gifted pianist in residence on some days and unobtrusive background piano sound track on others. Take time to walk around the unusual arboretum with its unique collection of trees and enjoy the artwork in the building. Some dishes are expensive but there also mid price options and set menu options to keep the price reasonable. The hotel is also a fabulous wedding reception location, nice rooms and the option to arrive by helicopter!! We will go again to enjoy our next family celebration.

I wasn't really sure what to expect but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The lodges are so pretty and offer a calm and peaceful retreat. The room and en suite were spotlessly clean The breakfast was tasty and great value for money. It is short walk to the station which takes you straight into central London, but you are far enough away that the trains don't wake you. It really is a great place to stay and I would definitely stay again.

I stated this hotel over 20 years ago and so I can see the difference now and hope was then and it's so much better and the room was was lovely and it had all the things that needed in it and the many offers of different types of restaurants and also the discount card making excellent and it's so central because it's white next to Tottenham court road so it's near Leicester Square and it is a great location. If you're looking for restaurants there are so many cafes and restaurants around you and also Sainsbury's boots and other retail stores that it makes it really a great vacation

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Camden Prime Apart Hotel and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The brilliant accommodations, coupled with exceptional service especially their air conditioning system one in each flat, made my stay truly memorable. The hotel’s prime location made exploring the city very easy , and I can’t wait to return to it on my next visit. Highly recommended.
