The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable. The breakfast is not very big but it is in line with the price, you have variety, fruit, eggs, cheese, jam, bread, bakery, ... As regards the location is very close to the walking stop, though it is true that it is a little away from the center. You must bear in mind buying tickets with access to line j. The normal doesn't come up there.

Very good stay in this hotel. The room was very clean, the bathroom very spacious and the service impeccable.

First things first, there effectively is no Lennon Hotel. There is no reception there and no breakfast room. Everything from the administration on is done through the Avalon Hotel next door so, make the assumption that you are going to the Avalon and you will not get lost or confused. The decor is both dated and modern at the same time. I would say, typically French so I am glad they didn't go all chain hotel and boring. The Bedroom - The choice of furniture I would question. In some pictures you can see what looks like a coat rack. This is the 'wardrobe' in the room. There are 6 hooks which may or may not have 6 hangers. Beneath that could well be a full size laptop safe (free to use) and under that, what I would have used as the shoe shelf. There really isn't anywhere for smaller items at all, they likely will stay in your luggage. With the lighting it's either bright or very bright so, there wasn't really an option to have it dimly lit though there are a selection of ceiling light, wall lamps and table lamps, they are all bright. Our room (100) was not a king size bed, I feel 4' 6” as it was certainly smaller than we are used to. In many pictures it shows the white bed pillows supplemented by small blue (green) ones. This is certainly not the case with every room. The Bathroom - I can but speak for our room as I understand other rooms have different configurations. We had a walk in shower with a rain shower head and a hand held spray adjusted using ornate handles. The toilet was on the wall. I personally don't like those, I feel incredibly unsafe especially when they creak like this one did when sat on. To make it worse, we're only 5' 3” and it's just too high, we felt like 5 year olds in need of a step stall. I wondered if this might not be aimed at wheelchair users as I am disabled but I do not use a chair but a mobility scooter (which there was plenty of room for). Then I consider the sink which is high up, too high for a wheelchair user. Of course, there is no chair in the shower either so, if it is meant to be an accessible room, it kind of isn't. The walls are done in tiles. Very mismatched tiles, not sure whether that was intentional or just years of different repairs and replacements. I feel that the light blue small square tiles were original but that when the shower, toilet and sink were last done they were not replicable so got replaced with blue rectangle tiles. The floor tiles are probably original but very worn and though they may have been, I never felt they were clean. Being a walk in shower the water got everywhere and the floor remained wet all night so we kept a towel on the floor by the door. Us British might find it weird to see a hairdryer in the bathroom right next to the sink, I think a plug socket too! The large round mirror was supposed to light up with a touch switch but, we never got it to work. Excellent business hotel. Room size was excellent, with everything you need. Like many places nowadays, there is a coffee pod machine - I can never understand why these machines are not left full of water and switched on - i.e. ready to use. They are all the same - black and chrome, and easy enough to use when you know, but nigh-on impossible to work out how to use them when you've never seen them before, and the black switch on the black background is at the back of a black machine in a dark moodily-lit room on a black shelf. The best thing about the room was the view - a huge picture window looking south towards the centre of Paris with Montmatre and the Eiffel Tower in view. That's the advantage of a room on the 6th floor - colleagues on the lower floors didn't have the same view of course. The breakfast was great - everything needed. Overall I'd be happy to stay here again.

Me and my brother stayed at this hotel for 2 nights to attend a concert at La Defense Arena, so chose this hotel for it's location. The reception is on the 1st floor and the check in was fine, the only thing we weren't told was the breakfast times, but that was in a leaflet in the room, that comes with some other useful information. Unfortunately when we walked into the room there was a horrible smell and after airing the place out for a bit, it was gone but soon came back when you close the window and left the room for a little while. There was nothing that seemed to be causing the smell, so we just kept the window open for fresh air when in the room. This smell was no where else in the hotel, like hallways or reception. When I booked the hotel, I should have looked more into the bathroom situation as I had no idea what a partially open bathroom would be, I couldn't find any photos on their website, so I am uploading a few of my own, not a great shower when sharing a room with your sibling! You can see completely into the shower, the wooden thing in front is basically useless and would be better just being a large plank of wood for some privacy. The toilet was tiny and very hard to move around in for a big person, although I am sure some smaller people would also struggle. The mattress on the bed was comfortable, but the pillows were very lumpy and uncomfortable and the bedding seemed to shed off onto our darker clothing, which was a pain. There was no mini fridge in the room, due to the hotel being eco friendly and the safe in the room is very narrow, so doesn't fit a lot or large items. The breakfast the next morning was disappointing, there was only 2 hot food options, scrambled eggs and eggs you could boil, on the second morning there was bacon but not scrambled eggs, there was a sign but nothing in the pot so I'm not sure if this was just the staff being slow at replenishing the food. There was a decent selection of cold meats and small pastries, but more hot food options would have been nice, but this may be a cultural thing? Unfortunately, not overall a great experience, especially for an apparent 4 star hotel.

This was our third stay at this hotel over a period of several years and I posted a very positive review in 2014. Oh, how things have changed here! I begin with the most serious of the offenses and indignities we suffered during our 5-night stay. I was entrapped in the hotel's elevator for a period of 10-15 minutes before the staff registered any response to the emergency alarm bell or my pounding on the elevator door. When a maintenance employee finally arrived, he said that the alarm bell notified the off-premises elevator service company rather than the hotel itself. I knew this was not accurate as I could clearly hear the alarm when I repeatedly pressed it. When I was finally liberated from the elevator and spoke with the on-duty manager, he apologized and said he had been in the ”back office” and had not heard the alarm. The general manager of the hotel also stated that she regretted the ”inconvenience.” I think this event qualified substantially above the level of ”inconvenience” and the manager's proffer of a fractional portion of the substantial Marriott points I had used for my stay was wholly inadequate for the life-threatening emergency that could well have been the case. In addition to this incident, we experienced an appalling indifference and lack of basic service from the staff of the hotel, including (1) absence of a bellman to assist with our bags upon arrival at the hotel by taxi ,(2) failure to deliver an additional luggage rack to the room following request of the bellman, (3) failure of housekeeping staff to make up the room for a period of two hours and after three requests when we inadvertently left the French-language ”do not disturb” sign on our door, (4) failure to respond to three or more requests for towels that had not been left by the housekeeper, and (5) recommendation by the newest and least-experienced junior concierge of an Asian restaurant that displayed a ”closed” sign when we arrived and where no employees spoke English or could provide an English-language menu. (In fact, with regard to the restaurant, the chief concierge told us the next day that she had ”never heard of it.”) We chose this hotel because we had previously had positive experiences, notwithstanding the fact that the rooms are extremely small (even with our upgrade from a ”cubby hole” to a ”shoebox-sized” room). The hotel's common area is beautifully decorated and the rooms are well-appointed despite their size. The problem with this hotel boils down to indifferent management and that is really a shame. It could be so much more!

The hotel was centrally located in center of Paris. Eiffel Tower and Arc De Triomphe were in walking distance and you could finish most of the city monuments while staying here. We reached hotel late at night and the staff greeted us with a smile and upgraded us to a huge 2BR apartment. There was lift for going upstairs and you can easily store your luggage after checkout while traveling. Loved the service and stay! Only complaint was the breakfast, it could be more variety.

During this visit, it was a public transport strike, and only Line 1 and Line 14 were late. Fortunately, the hotel is located in front of the line 1 station, so it is easy to get there. (Gaesunmun station has 4 stations). The beds and quilts in the hotel are comfortable and nice. There are curtains or other glassware facilities to prevent water from splashing out in the shower, which looks good. The breakfast is very good, because there are few people there, so we can eat slowly. Please note that taxes need to be paid at checkout, so please be prepared.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very centrally located, just a stones throw away from the Metro. We enjoyed an amazing view too. The pictures don't do the hotel justice. My only gripe is that instead of supplying proper shower gel/bodywash they just give tidy 10ml packets. We were 2 people staying for 2 nights and this just simply wasn't enough. Housekeeping did not replenish them.

Nice, stylish, clean hotel. Reception staff very competent. Breakfast staff overwhelmed by a normal number of people in the restaurant. There was only one coffee machine that was constantly not working and not enough viennoisseries for breakfast. When I mentioned that the orange juicer wasn't working, the staff member replied ”it isn't?” and then did nothing about it. The breakfast experience let the rest (which was excellet) down.
