可能是出租物業管理不到位的原因，房屋門窗有些是鎖不好，傢俬及電器設備殘舊，客房床鋪床墊及被鋪枕頭的更是不堪… 屋企有提供KTV 和棋牌，這算是唯一能評設施3粒星的條件。 大門附近有家農莊，出大門行前兩公里左右便到，飯菜可口，價錢不貴。 別墅屬於他人宅子，不敢拍攝。 祗能附上餐館出品

千萬不要相信網上的圖片，以下是我親身現場去拍的，但是，因為我帶着小朋友。所以為免麻煩就在這裏住，只可以說完全不值這個價錢，而且宣傳的圖片完全不是現場的房間，本來是特登過來浸溫泉的，但是他的溫泉池非常污糟，沒有人清潔，另外只有半池水提供，大家謹慎選擇

我提前了很久在攜程book了泳池五房別墅 結果臨出發前幾天才發現不能入住了… 聯繫酒店説要裝修，衹能更換別墅 （先感謝攜程的客服人員 態度很好很積極的溝通） 然後説回別墅，更換了另一棟之後去到發現整個別墅很舊，唯一能玩一下的衹有泳池，KTV衹能説能用，最最難受的是所有的床都好像沒有床墊一樣！睡床上面和睡地板沒區別！！！也沒保潔阿姨來打掃 整個社區小鎮很荒涼的感覺，更離譜的是小鎮內物價，特別是天福超市旁邊的美宜佳，竟然坐地起價 我們兩晚兩千多的價位，以上的體驗感可以説是非常差了，我不知道小鎮內別的別墅如何，衹能説想去江門玩的朋友斟酌一下吧

一整棟的別墅院子很大，而且還有一個温泉泡池，我們7個人都可以泡得下去，房子有廚房可以自己做飯，還有一個獨立的KTV可以放鬆歌唱，這裏的別墅總體建築風格非常大氣，很不錯，點個贊吧

房子在恆大泉都裏面。共有4層。沙發都是全新的。光線也很足。而且還有獨立的KTV房間，KTV的音響質量很好。房間整潔衞生。床品睡得非常舒服。給個5星好評。

入住的房間跟平台所展示的一樣，實際房子比圖片還好看，一整棟別墅，太大啦，院子應該也有500平米吧！衞生也是非常好的，四層都是乾乾淨淨的

房子是很大，溫泉池也可以，但太舊了，清潔真不行，桌子，廚房，厠所也多灰塵，要自己再次清潔，有些電器是壞的，其中1天廁所燈壞了，通知管家也只回覆~已通知業主？？？之後沒回應

別墅衞生做的到位，環境也很好，晚上很安靜，泳池很大，泡着舒服，孩子們也玩的超開心，房間佈置的整潔又寬敞明亮，有大陽台，視野開闊，在這裏出遊旅行很滿意
