Overall, it was okay, but the room cleanliness was just so-so.

The room was spacious and clean. The public facilities and common areas, however, could use some modernization and upgrades.

A friend recommended this place, but the hotel is quite old. When I got to the front desk, there was no one there, and it was so quiet I actually thought I'd stumbled into some kind of shady establishment. The pool had a lot of fallen leaves, and there were snails all around the edges. The water in the plant vase in my room clearly hadn't been changed in ages, which was a bit unsettling. The only good thing was seeing a few fireflies there.

Compared to the great experience I had three years ago, Quanlin Golden Town is now dilapidated. The hotel lobby was unstaffed, everything was self-service, the facilities were old, there were snails and droppings everywhere, and the hygiene was poor. The hot springs were closed, and the breakfast buffet was worse than what you'd find at an economy hotel. Is this what happened after E-Bien Hotel Management withdrew its investment? I won't be coming back; let what's meant to fall, fall.

The hotel has a great natural environment with plenty of greenery and convenient parking. The staff service is quite good, and the swimming lanes and pool facilities are decent. However, the hotel's facility maintenance needs improvement. This includes aging doors and windows, and the exterior walls. Room hygiene was average, and there was a lot of trash in the green belt next to the balcony. The exterior walls were also covered in snails and snail droppings. Additionally, the facilities at Na Jin Gu are old and poorly maintained.

The environment was good, but the hygiene was poor. Both my child and I were infected with mites. Negative review!

We went just before the peak season. The hotel and the scenic area are huge, perfect for families or couples. The Jin Gu scenic area was also quite good, and there's even a boat ride. What the kids loved most was the pool, though!

The pool is fantastic, my child absolutely loved it. It wasn't crowded either, which made for a very comfortable, pleasant, and relaxing vacation. The hotel staff were also great, very warm and attentive. I'll definitely be back again.
