Nice view from room but positive remarks end there. (a) the pool is closed and no beach (b) rude receptionist (c) breakfast is supposed to be free-- but they charge for over 2 persons and the meat/vegetables. (d) the parking garage is dangerous and unfinished (e) none of the staff speak English (f) the mini fridge sounds like a motorboat (g) there is no safe exit to the main road. Do not reccomend!

The hotel was clean with nice people. However with the roof pool, restaurant closed, it was really only a place to sleep.

The customer service was awesome, we had the pool all to our selfs. Security guard was very attentive and kind. We tried the restaurant next door and were amazed on the quality of food and service as well. You get to have a beautiful view if you select a premium room, it’s worth the price. Will definitely stay here again in the future. It’s only about 10 minutes away from downtown Ensenada.

I booked a Ocean View room and wasn’t given that, because to what they said they are booked out which doesn’t make sense, i was really annoyed about that. I let it be and left it and said it’s okay. “Free Breakfast” in the morning, is the biggest lie I have heard, there is no such thing as free, everything is extra and we have to pay. They ruined my trip completely.

The room had a terrible scent. I called the desk and they said it comes from the drains and to cover it with a towel. The bathroom is small and not very clean. The breakfast they serve is limited. You could get fruit ,toast ,cheeses or cereal. If you want their whole buffet style food it’s $290 pesos more per person or about $18 dllrs. Parking was a hassle at night since they were full. My husband got bit by something.The staff was not very friendly.

Over all it is ok. Among the things that need improvement are: checking in process was very slow and clumsy. Very dis organized. Had to go to desk to reprogram the same card key multiple times. Sunday morning buffet around 11:30. buffet area did not have Coffee, silverware among other things and personnel did not offer to bring them . Had to ask several times. Ask for tortillas said they did not have. Had to ask someone else. The paking session during the stay was a serious ordeal. Good luck finding a spot returning to the hotel at night.
