booked because of Hottub but it was cold and then the fire pits were not able to be turned on because of issues so I do not recommend this property in the winter

Beautiful location, went during off season so we practically had the place to ourselves. Our favorite part other than enjoying the outdoor amenities was how the chef at the Fuego restaurant cooked meals with ingredients freshly picked from their small farm.

It was our first visit to Valle de Guadalupe and we absolutely fell in love with this hotel. My husband & I traveled with our Border Collie puppy named Dewey and couldn’t believe how welcomed we felt throughout our stay. The food at the hotel restaurant, Fuego, was also excellent. We dined there on both nights and were especially taken care of by Hugo, the restaurant manager, on my birthday. We loved this hotel so much that we can’t wait to come back! Especially Dewey!

It’s a nice play to visit and stay the night . The staff was quick to give you service. The road going there at the end ******. The restaurant Fuego at the location was nice.

We had a new room. It wasn't completely finished but was still gorgeous. The breakfast options were simple but great!
Everybody is friendly.
Had a weird charge come up after we checked out but it was corrected.
Must try the new Omakase bar at hotel.

This is the first time I stay at the property.we were there for a wedding at a near by vineyard. We rented a PentHouse room which was located on the second floor. To get to the second floor you had to use a really narrow spiral staircase- this May be problematic if you have people in your party with mobility issues. The safe didn’t work and the air conditioning was dubious at best. When we got back from the wedding, the room was full of flies…, Yuck!!!! It was 2:30 AM and we didn’t want to bother with trying to change rooms. The next morning I informed the front desk and the receptionist said- what do you want me to do about it? I found her reply quite rude! I replied, I would like for someone to take care of it so the next guest doesn’t deal with the issue. Continental breakfast was complimentary, coffee, fruit and bread… they didn’t have any bread so it was just fruit and coffee. I wouldn’t stay at the property again- at the price I expected better service.

It is and incredible hotel, we were able to take our pre-wedding pictures there with no problems at all. It was awesome. What we did not like is that we got there an hour early and they did not let us check in.

The rooms were not like the photo. The bed sheets had hair, no hot water in shower, drips of water came down when showering which made it harder to shower. AC was broken. Not enough towels in the bathroom for 5 people. The floors in bathroom were lifted. Overall it was a bad experience

The property was awesome. It offers great food and beverages and provides a great atmosphere where you can rest. The omakase experience was out of this world and Fuego is great too. I really disliked Fuegos manager as he made my wife feel uncomfortable and also poor water pressure in the showers. But it was great overall
