Indomito Resort & Hotel Boutique

The property was beautiful, the staff was friendly, but the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in, point blank. I have never slept on a firmer mattress. Even my camping air mattress is more comfortable than this "glamping" bed!! If I wanted to sleep on the hard ground I would have just gone camping! That said, the property and cabins are beautiful; it's very Instagram-worthy. The jacuzzi is nice and not too chlorinated. There are several horses at the property and also ATV's you can rent. The staff is friendly and even if you don't speak Spanish there is someone to help you out. One weird thing besides the rock-hard bed was the shower. The "tiles" underfoot were made of wood. Some of them were loose and came unstuck while I was showering, leaving gaps in the floor that I then tetris'd together after my shower. The other weird thing was the shower "curtain" that was made of rope. VERY cute... also VERY impractical. And in my cabin, cabin 9, several of the ropes had completely frayed and were just dangling there, pretending to be a strange broken shower curtain. Robes were kindly provided - but if I as a 5'6" 145lb woman had a hard time getting it to cover my bits, I'm not sure how a man could get it to cover anything at all. Maybe that's the point, who knows? If you are an instagram influencer or someone who wants to rent out all the cabins for a bachelorette or some kind of event, this place will be perfect for you. Otherwise... not so sure.

The stay was ok. There was a lot of noise due to the animals they have on site and neighbors. It would’ve been nice if they had a tv or radio. Also a hair dryer would be nice. But since it is a glamping site it was nice and ideal for the night. The staff were nice and attentive

We t beyond expectations. So relaxing, and my doggie got to run around the property and have the time of her life. We will for sure return soon.

Good place to stay if you want to unwind, be aware that they dont include the full policies in here, they dont list that they have an alcohol policy, and if you bring, you will have to pay for every single drink you own and open, also their wifi service is not good, and also be aware that for the deposit of you pay with card is good and fast but when it's time for you to take your deposit back, their terminal "don't work"

Room wasn’t ready for check in til 4:30 instead of 3pm, you can hear everything from your neighbors jajaja, staff was great!!!

First time here & will not be returning. Staff were unwelcoming with horrible customer service especially the short lady in the front. The jacuzzi did not work, they don’t allow speakers, have to keep quiet & they charge for consumption of outside beverages. Very strict rules for glamping when you should be able to relax & enjoy freely without bothering others.

As a returning guest we had a horrible experience at Indomito resort. We received the worste customer service from the short lady in the front desk, and staff. The Jacuzzi did not heat up and 4 other people in the jacuzzi staying at the resort stated that the staff was rude and yelled at them. Fyi, the resort charges for outside beverages. We were joined with family in separate rooms, who will not be coming back again. Overall, the staff made us feel Uncomfortable and not Welcoming. We will not be coming back or recommend anyone to stay here.

a second hot tub might be nice as one average sized 6-8 person jacuzzi filled up servicing 12 units.
