I was disappointed that the bowl was full of lint.

Service is very good The hardware and details are not good, and the breakfast is the worst. It is the worst I have stayed in in so many hotels across the country for so many years. I can't get in at all.

The milk for breakfast was watered down. It was said to be a smart room, but it did not have any functional facilities.

The hygiene of the room was poor. There were obvious stains on the bed and sofa. I bought disposable bedding temporarily. The hotel is in an office building. The service attitude is also average. Consider it carefully.

The advantage is that the hardware of the room is good, it is very spacious and the decoration is very new. But when I checked in on November 1, the power suddenly went out on the floor at night, and then the power tripped repeatedly, which was very outrageous. The room is located at the elevator entrance on the breakfast floor. It is very noisy with people coming and going in the morning. Why are non-low-price rooms arranged at this location? In the morning, the sound of people coming and going and the sound of decoration made it impossible to have a good rest. The most outrageous thing is that the breakfast restaurant also had a power outage, so we could only have breakfast in the dark. All the heating equipment and coffee machines were not working, and the waiter did not apologize or explain.

I made the reservation at 4:08. In Enshi, a third- and fourth-tier city, housing prices are more expensive than in first- and second-tier cities. First, there were tour groups queuing up to check in at the lobby. No one asked me if we were together. After waiting for a while, I checked in directly. Looking for names on the list, I said they were not together, so a person came to serve me. Because there was a tour group, my room did not have a window. I was not very comfortable, and the air conditioner was so far away from him. I slept until midnight. It's impossible to get up and close it. I've caught a cold. My throat has been sore for the past two days. If I don't turn on the air conditioner, it will be hot. I won't talk about that window. This is just this time.

Facilities: No screens, lots of mosquitoes. The room is small and there is no exhaust fan.

The price-performance ratio is very low. The breakfast is simple. The room facilities are simple. The price is high but the quality is not good. It is not worth it.
