Lunar Signature Hotel & Suites

Best Western Plus Enugu ★★★

"The main reason why this hotel deserves a one star is because of how much the hotel promised yet undelivered. I really really wanted to like this hotel but the instances where I was disappointed by the facilities or services were just too much to ignore. 1. it was very hard to fall asleep as loud music was playing well into the night (until around 11 or 12) -2. there was only one room key - which is quite inconvenient if you are sharing a room 3. they advertise a gym but the gym was very poor, limited to a treadmill and ancient equipment which could nearly caused me injury 4. they advertise that ice can be delivered to your room but that service is unavailable. This is quite an important point because as I mentioned earlier, there is only one room key. This means that when you’re out of the room, any drinks that you place in the fridge can’t be chilled - as you need the room key inside the room in order to have access to electricity. Pretty important during nigerias 32 degree days. 5. the BIGGEST travesty was just how awful the WiFi was. As someone who doesn’t live in Nigeria I was depending on their wifi as I don’t have a Nigerian SIM card. I can’t describe how bad it was. It wasn’t just slow. Non existent. Just wasn’t there. 6. TV didn’t turn on 7. AC didn’t turn on 8. Food was mediocre. Not woeful but not good. Half the food items on the menu weren’t available. No sugar free soft drinks were available 9. Receptionists weren’t warm or friendly. My mother was ignored by a receptionist while she waiting to be attended to, when a man walked in front of her and the receptionist immediately attended to him 10. The telephones in the room didn’t work"

BON Hotel Platinum Enugu ★★★

"The room was OK, but there was no mopping. The washbasin was too small."

Muse Boutique Hotel ★★★

"Came in from Lagos for a wedding and chose MUSE because it’s close to the airport (had an early morning flight) and not far from the event venue. Honestly, for the price, I was impressed. I booked a standard room but the space was big — felt more like a deluxe in some other places. The hotel itself is very calm, which I really appreciated after all the wedding stress and movement. Easy place to just relax. The decor is nice too, very modern… gives that Lagos vibe. Everything was clean, no issues there. Staff were cool and helpful. Light and AC were steady throughout my stay, which is a big deal these days, so that was a major plus for me. If I find myself in Enugu again, I’ll definitely stay here. Would recommend."
