Normal location, about 20 minutes to center by walking. Strange and weird that reception is working at morning several hours and afternoon several hours, you can’t check-in in another time. They have working break from 12 till 16 o’clock. We’ve tried to call, but there was auto responder. Room was perfect! Large, clean and with beautiful view.

我們晚上九點辦理入住，前台沒有任何人，也找不到任何人辦理入住，導致需要臨時在半夜換酒店，第二天酒店不退錢，其説辭是提前發了郵件和短訊通知，語嫣不明：首先法語郵件看不懂，其次出差時根本顧不上看需要七點前辦理自助，且沒入住時根本沒有人打電話通知。真的令人絕望，好在攜程的客服一路都有關照負責，第二天也隨時保持聯繫溝通退款事宜，對客服態度和效率點贊。

避雷這家酒店，晚上7點後前台就沒人了。我們三人預訂，到店約晚上9點，前台沒有留下任何自助check in 方式，電話也沒人接，攜程幫着聯繫酒店也聯繫不上。我們衹能緊急換酒店。之後聯繫酒店退款也被拒，説郵件提醒了7點後前台沒人，法語郵件誰有時間看呢？7點客人不到店不能打電話聯繫一下嗎？這裏表揚攜程工作人員積極跟進，以賠付積分的方式主動解決問題。建議攜程下架此酒店，還不夠解決糾紛的。
