Excellent value for money, rooms are spacious and very clean, breakfast buffet is diverse and very generous.

It was quite good. I stayed there for a long time. The only downside was the limited selection of breakfast items in the morning, but the service was excellent in all other aspects. The rooms were also very clean, hygienic, and comfortable. The transportation nearby was also good.

The hotel is excellent! Very safe, the rooms are tastefully decorated and very comfortable, the service is attentive, and the restaurant downstairs is fantastic!

The room was nice and the price was very cheap. At least for Kurdish, the morning was good.

I have been staying for my business trips at Cristal Erbil Hotel since March 2021, and I couldn't have found a better hotel regarding the sleep night, the service, the breakfast buffet, and as well as the dinner buffet. I have enjoyed the friendly face of the staff and the cleanliness of my rooms and i would still choose the hotel for m future upcoming trips to Erbil.

I spent six nights here in October. In almost every aspect my experience was excellent. The suite I was allocated was spacious and well-equipped. The style of furnishing is traditional rather than modern but the room was very comfortable. The bath/shower could perhaps be upgraded to match the standard of the rest of the room. Breakfast and meals from the upstairs restaurant were very good and wifi worked well. There is also a pool and spa, but I did not use them. I did, though, use the gym. It is well equipped with machines and free weights (some of the broken attachements for the weights machines shouldf be replaced though) but my main complaint was that it was extremely hot - 27 degrees. It didn't help that the door was left open (allowing all the heat from the spa and pool in) and that some of the people working out kept adjusting the air conditioning to make it hotter. But overall I enjoyed my stay very much and woud happily visit again.
