We visited for a 60th birthday party in the Pavillion....What a wonderful service I received from the staff Aleasha and Evie.What fantastic staff they are and the level of customer service from them both was to a very high standard indeed.These 2 girls ensured the bar was run efficiently and the event itself was looked after...I hope management know how lucky they are to have these young ladies as employees.....thanks girls you made it a great event with your wonderful service... I for one appreciate your kindness and professionalism Sally😇

Just had a meal with friends at the Roosters Bar. Quality in abundance. Seated straight away. Great service, as always. Food was beautiful, as always.Staff could not have been any more professional. Great atmosphere.We can’t recommend this place enough.

Had a fabulous afternoon tea in the Dovecote restaurant. Holly was so composed in dealing with all the sandwich dietary requirements/requests and took such good care of us. The tasty treats didn’t disappoint and the orange pana cotta was a winner!! French vanilla tea complimented the sweet treats perfectly!!

Just a lovely place. never disappointed. Second visit in the past year. First was to Get married and stop overnight. Stopped in a Junior Suite. Spacious, real premium feel. The bed is unbelievable. The most impressively comfortable bed i have ever stopped on. Entire place is always spotless So relaxing even in the rain to sit on the balcony, total darkness, looking out over the countryside. Never heard a peep from anyone else Breakfast is outstanding also!

We had a lovely time visiting for afternoon tea, Jane couldn’t have been anymore helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The other staff were great too, very polite and caring. Andrew was also very attentive and lovely to chat too. Food was top notch, ever was fresh and delicious.

The food was top notch! Our waiter was incredible! Young William was polite, attentive and very professional. Even when I cracked a bit of a rude joke, he kept his face poker straight with a polite smile brimming. He checked on us regularly and made sure we were happy with everything. I would recommend Morley Hayes but I don’t want it to get booked out! Outstanding place!

We went for afternoon tea for my birthday. We was greeted by Michelle she was very friendly and polite. When we was seated for our afternoon tea Michelle was very helpful and friendly she made sure we was happy with everything. She also boxed up our cakes and sandwiches which we couldn’t manage. Thank you Michelle.

Excellent hotel - and this is not about the great location and the wonderful rooms and accommodation, it is about the people who welcome you. If there were 10 stars I would definitely give ten out of five. One of the most outstanding hotel experiences in +30 years, many of them 'on the road' with countless hotel stays. In organising a family reunion for a group of fourteen of us in the early days of February, the central location of Morley Hayes emerged as the ideal venue, bridging the distance among us, as we hailed from various corners of the country. We chose to come together for Sunday lunch in their Dovecote Restaurant. From the initial stages of planning, Simon, the restaurant manager, extended extraordinary service, demonstrating an exceptional ability to meet our diverse and specific needs with efficiency and grace. His professionalism and accommodating nature set a high standard for customer service, which was consistently upheld throughout our experience. The day of our gathering saw this level of service continued by the restaurant staff, whose attentiveness was marked by a seamless blend of discretion and readiness. Their conduct was the epitome of professional hospitality, with staff members displaying a genuine willingness to go above and beyond, notably in their enthusiastic participation in capturing our group moments, thereby enhancing the special nature of our occasion. Culinary delights awaited us at the table, where each dish was met with universal acclaim. The praises sung for the superior quality of ingredients and the meticulous care in their preparation were well-deserved, as was the praise for the outstanding wine selection, which perfectly complemented our meal. The collective efforts of Simon and his team in ensuring the minutest details were attended to did not go unnoticed. It was these efforts, coupled with the delicious cuisine and the restaurant's inviting ambiance, that culminated in an event that was not just enjoyed but cherished by all present. Encouraged by this thoroughly delightful experience, we are not only left with fond memories but are also inspired to begin planning for next year's reunion, in anticipation of reliving the exceptional hospitality of the Dovecote Restaurant once again.
