The receptionist said they don't have a room for us although we had booked about 2 months before arrival! They did not even properly apologize and made the excuse that they didn't have a number to call me! They could obviously contact me through **********
What a terrible place.
It was raining hard and they told us to go to a hotel 5 mins walking distance and they didn't even offer help ( we are a family with baby)!
Some hospitality businesses are failing and this hotel is probably one of the them!

We liked this hotel a lot but our rating would have dropped considerably had the heat wave not broken the day we arrived. The hotel does not have air conditioning as promised in the ******* listing. The hotel does not claim air conditioning in its own promotional material so it must be a mistake on the part of *******. Fortunately the drop in nighttime temperatures allowed us to leave our bedroom window wide open and sleep comfortably in this quiet corner of Erfurt.

Die Hotelmanagerin ist wenig Gästeorientiert herzliches Willkommen geht anders Sauna musste extra bezahlt werden wurde aber nicht darauf hingewiesen für ein 4 Sternehaus wenigkomfort Fernseher minl und alt mindestens 14 Jahre die Bedienung im Restaurant war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Leider kann ich nicht viel positives vermerken. Unfreundlicher Empfang beim Einchecken.Trotz bestellter Aufbettung war kein Bett da ! Auch auf Nachfrage ist nichts passiert.Kein Duschgel , und nur 2 Handtücher. Frühstück war ok , allerdings fände ich es passender wenn man mehr regionale Produkte verwenden würde!Dame an der Rezeption ( Chefin) sehr kratzbürstig , Wortwahl war völlig daneben! Überhaupt nicht Kundenfreundlich !Parkplätze genügend vorhanden.Unser Zimmer war sauber , aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Leider konnte man die Vorhänge nicht komplett schließen, was ich nicht sehr angenehm fand .Erfurt ist auf jeden Fall sehenswert, aber nicht mit diesem Hotel ! Auf keinen Fall 4 Sterne …..

Personal nicht freundlich ! Man wird nicht mal begrüsst wenn man anreisst und doof angeschaut weil man mehrere Koffer hat ! Patzige Reception ! Ich bin mir sicher nicht das ganze Personal ist so, vielleicht hat es was mit der Geschäftsleitung zu tun ??? Das Hotel ist schön aber durch die Erfahrung mit Personal leider keine angenehmer Aufenthalt! Frühstück war das mindeste da, könnte aber auch verbessert werden ! Wir werden nie wieder kommen und können es auch nicht weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten über ein Reiseportal 2 Zimmer für 4 Personen für 3 Übernachtungen mit Frühstück und 1x am Abend ein 3 Gänge Menü gebucht. (vorher Komplett bezahlt) Bei der Ankunft wurde uns an der Rezeption mitgeteilt, das 2 andere Gäste nicht ausziehen möchten. Wir wurden in ein anderes Hotel umquartiert ohne uns vorher zu verständigen. Das war dann ein Hotel ohne Restaurant. Wir waren gezwungen, ein Restaurant weit entfernt zu suchen, da in der nahen Umgebung die Gastronomie Mangelware war.

Das Hotel ist groß, gemütlich aber in den 90ern hängengeblieben. Die Zimmer sind sauber, es sind genug Parkplätze vorhanden und das Frühstück ist gut. Das war das Positive. Leider weiß man nicht woran man beim Personal ist, Chefin inklusive. Am ersten Tag patzig, am zweiten Tag Super freundlich und hilfsbereit, am 3. Tag war die Stimmung des Personals beim Frühstück sehr mies. Kein Lächeln, kein guten Morgen, und beim Auschecken keine Nachfrage wie der Aufenthalt gefallen hat. Verabschiedet wurden wir mit: "Wir sind fertig" Ein Lichtblick war die Aushilfe/Azubi der schon vor Arbeitsbeginn in seinen Privatklamotten die Leute draußen freundlich begrüßt hat und mit Schwung, offenem Auge, Lust und Freundlichkeit die Frühstücksgäste bedient hat
