High up in the streets of Erice lies a lovely group of rooms in an apartment style,with a lovely courtyard. The rooms were spacious and well appointed. The pickup by the owners, from the car park below the village, was extremely welcome as the climb is tiring with or without bags. Breakfast is not extensive,basically a coffee and cake,from a nearby cafe. The kitchen area in the rooms is ok but not great. Overall it's a solid 4 stars but overall we wish we'd stayed below Erice and visited, rather than staying for 4 nights.

We spent one night in this residence and we were absolutely satisfied by it. A private parking space, a ‘shuttle service” to the residence, a beautiful clean room, friendly staff: Very good stay! The owner gave us a very good advice for our tour in Favignana and for the local restaurants!

We expexted a lot from this reaidence because of the other amazing reviews, but it definitely did not come up with our expectations. Our room did not have a window and the matrace wasn‘t comfortable and far too soft, which is unacceptable for the relatively high price. In addition we missed a bin in the bathroom. Nevertheless the staff was super friendly and also the shuttle service from the private parking place to the house worked faultlessly.

Wonderful place, helpful and friendly manager. Cozy room, tastefully furnished, breakfast to choose from the various pastry shops in the town, absolutely excellent. Free parking very close to the historic center. Erice is a real pearl!

Very well-kept structure and in the historic center (ztl). Very kind and helpful owner since our arrival (he came to pick us up at the Porta Trapani car park) he welcomed us with a lot of warmth and sympathy. All rooms are well furnished and equipped; top cleaning.

Beautiful experience in Erice, very beautiful and well-kept residence. Clean rooms, courteous and helpful staff. Perfect location for visiting both the town and the surrounding area. We did not use the service and breakfast, but we did take advantage of Maria Grammatico's delicious pastry shop which is not far away.
