Price for this hotel wasn’t fair as accommodation lacked cleanliness in room, ac and exhaust vents was clogged with dust. Pros- staff at the hotel were friendly and nice. Room size was quite good.

Nice experience, you can book everything was good. Neat and clean, staff was also good. It is on road.

Nice stay, clean rooms, nice staff, enough privacy. The only suggestions being as they already keep a kettle in the room, they should also keep some tea bags and sugar. They forgot to give us a bottle of water on the second day, and when we asked for it they charged 30 for a bottle mrped at 20, which wasn't expected of a decent hotel.

Nice location. Expected only two beds for the paid amount. But we got one king sized and two single beds for a family of father, mother and two children. Staff were also good. Good experience.

Poor hospitality. Average room. Unpleasant and non cooperative staffs. Food below average. I’ve got the worst parking under the metro bridge.

I stayed alone. The location is good. Just before the south bridge when you come from vytilla side. The room was clean. Some minor maintenance work is overdue. I did not take food from there. The restaurant appears to be average. Good value for money. But not a great place for leisure travellers.

Room service was terrible Charged more money around 2000 rs no bills issued. Not recommended at all

In the washroom, there is inner-wear i don't know who has used, and i called reception many times, but i am still waiting for a response.

At the time of check in my booked room was not vacant i have to wait for this five hours. Room has almirah but no hanger drinking water was paid, have cattle but no tea or coffee kits. No separation in between toilet commode and shower area
