It was close to Lulu Mall (within walking distance) and the price was reasonable.
The front desk staff were kind and pleasant.
It was a shame that I couldn't eat breakfast because I left early in the morning.
When I checked out, the guy at the front desk gave me some wafers, so it was helpful even if I was hungry.

Mattress provided was in very bad condition, feels like no foam only spring in it. Bed spreads look used and not clean. And doesn’t have a wardrobe, also rooms are congested.

Room was not only small the bed was also in very bad condition. Boiling kettle was not working and the breakfast was below average

Rooms are bit smaller, cleanliness is ok. It would be great if you provide tea bags which were missing, when asked, the reply was it is chargeable. When you are provided kettle and coffee sachets, by adding 2 tea bags was not a big deal.

The expectation was to have a neat place for stay and the expectation was fully met. It is located at approx. 1 km distance from lulu mall and metro station. Coming to facilities, you can expect a small bed good for two with television, ac, water heater to make a quick tea/coffee. The bathroom is similarly small but neat. Don't expect a view outside the window. They also provide a breakfast that covers tea/coffee and 2-3 options as buffet. Satisfied as it provides good value for money.
