Hotel Konak Mazlum

We came to the hotel with a tour, we checked in on the evening of August 14, and we just checked out. I visited the hotel with so many tours, I did not see anything as beautiful as this place.

The hotel is in a good location, the breakfast is extremely successful, but we had a problem that unfortunately I would not recommend that hotel even to my enemy. I put the clothes I use during the day into white bags that I consider dirty. The attendant who came to clean the room thought this bag was garbage and threw it away. When I noticed this, I immediately reported it to the reception. First they said it was garbage and then they said yes you were right. I asked how you will solve it, they said we will call you. In the following minutes, the hotel manager called and said that the problem was caused by me putting my dirty clothes in a white bag, and half of this problem was my fault. I said, "I decide where and how I put my dirty clothes, not you." I said the housekeeper should have looked at this. Then they said let's pay you the cost of the t-shirt. I told him the brand and maximum price. They said how should we know? I said if I were to rip you off, I would say ultra expensive brands. Well, they said let's give a 10 percent discount, this difference is not even the cost of the t-shirt, so I talked to my wife, who is a lawyer, and said that I will start the necessary legal procedures when I return to Ankara. Then, when they heard this, they said okay, let's give you a discount based on the highest price. They fell short in terms of customer satisfaction. I have stayed in many lower star hotels and have never experienced such an incident. The approach taken is extremely bad. If we didn't say we would file a lawsuit, they wanted to prove us wrong and get the upper hand. If we don't know our rights, we will say okay. It would have been a worthy move to offer at least one night as a gift, but unfortunately they were trying to close it cheaply. We spent our lives waiting for the elevator, the room cleaning is very poor. The carpets, walls and sofas are in disgrace. I won't go again and I warn anyone who wants to go not to.

It is a perfect hotel for accommodation with its friendly staff and quality service understanding with its open buffet breakfast view. Its facilities are centrally located in the city, making it easily accessible.

From the moment we enter the hotel to the moment we leave, the friendly and caring attitude of all the staff is really worth seeing. There is everything you will need in the cleaning order of the rooms. The food, especially the breakfast, is amazing. I would recommend it to everyone.

Maalesef otel beklentilerin çok altında , odalar duvarlar yatak başları , çok pis , hazır diye bizi odaya aldılar, duşta bir önceki misafirden kalan yarısı kullanılmış şampuan ve duş jeli vardı,odadaki klima çalışırken ,traktör gibi bir ses çıkardığında n, klimayı açamadık , tavsiye edemeyeceğim ,

Harika konsept ve tertemiz odalar.hijyen konusunda dikkatli davranılması da ayrıca dikkatimi çekti. Güler yüzlü personel için de ayrıca teşekkür ederiz. Kahvaltı ve yemekler de harikaydı. Herşey için teşekkürler

9-12 Mayıs tarihleri arasında iş maksatlı otelinizde bulunduk. Odalar tertemizdi , kahvaltı ve yemekler harikaydı .otel görevlileri her zaman ulaşılabilir durumdaydı ve çok ilgili davrandılar. Herşey için teşekkürler
