I have enjoyed staying in this hotel,it is in heart of the city .it is not five star hotel I would give five star ,service and help that stuff giving me was great help Mr Hakan was the star of the hotel, when I travel that way I will use same hotel again . many thanks Hakan bey

Please avoid whenever possible. Absolutely inadequate staff (perhaps *****?), who frightened us with wild behavior at the reception. We had to cancel our stay and make a hasty escape. It was quite a scary experience.
