Noem Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was outstanding – the rooms were clean, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Special thanks go to the breakfast staff member. Every morning, she was very warm, attentive, and her friendly demeanor made for a perfect start to the day. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would love to come back again!

I liked the hotel. It's very conveniently located for those traveling from Southern Turkey to Georgia. You don't have to go deep into the city, yet there are many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel breakfast is decent, with sausages, nuggets, eggs, muesli, several types of cheese, olives, and vegetables. Overall, it's a good buffet. There's a coffee machine with various coffee options. The staff are courteous and attentive. The room is spacious with a nice design. The hotel seems new or recently renovated. It's clean and cozy. I recommend it to those who are on the road and need a place to stay overnight. It's an excellent option. The only downside is the small sink in the bathroom, which makes washing up inconvenient as water splashes everywhere. There's definitely enough space to install a wider sink. Then everything would be absolutely perfect!

A new, convenient, and comfortable hotel. Everything in the room is thoughtfully designed down to the smallest detail. The area is modern with many cafes and a huge shopping center nearby. A suggestion for the hotel: please do not allow smoking inside the hotel building, not even on the balconies, as this will quickly spoil the overall impression of the hotel.

I read a lot of positive reviews… we booked a deluxe room for a family of three. Upon check-in, we discovered the air conditioning in the room wasn't working, and the outside temperature was 32 degrees Celsius! We spent three hours trying to resolve the issue with the staff and the hotel manager. They moved us to another room, but the problem persisted in the other room as well. They called maintenance, and a man came and cleaned the filter, but he still couldn't fix the problem… the air conditioning wasn't blowing at all! We were tired, had driven 1,300 km, and spent three hours trying to convince the staff that the air conditioning wasn't working! In the end, our problem was never resolved… Furthermore, the refrigerator in the room wasn't working (it was covered in water), and the ventilation in the bathroom wasn't working. I don't recommend this hotel.
