"I expected more from a BW select. Mostly good except for cleanliness. My room A/C heater had odor, which I turned off. Bathroom floor was not clean and bedding had a small faded stain. Furnishing was pleasant and comfortable. Slept pretty good except the windows are very cheap which allowed some traffic noise to come through."

"We checked in late and found the room to be very nice and the bed was comfortable. My only complaint was that the hallway on the second floor was extremely cold as if they had not turned the heat on at all and it was in the 30s outside. Other than that, it was very nice and I would definitely stay there again."

"The staff was very friendly. Everyone I passed spoke to me. Kimberly, front desk, was very friendly and polite. The heater for the swimming pool was not working properly. She was right on top of it. Eliza, (probably spelled it wrong) was wonderful. She was in charge of the breakfast. She was extra attentive to my two grandchildren that were with me. Explain the different items. Everything was clean and tidy. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. I will definitely return."
