Excellent hotel - excellent swimming pool and thermal pool - nice Spa. Breakfast is excellent in a terrace overlooking the city - perfect stunning view.

staff are very helpful and friendly. There is a good size lift in the hotel if you need it. Over all, we are satisfied with our stay. The breakfast is not buffet style but perfect for us. I enjoy the hot towels from the heated shelves too.

Amazing location near the river cruise and just next door to Burger King for late dinner/supper.

One of the mansions of Eskisehir Odunpazari. The location is very nice, you can easily walk to the center in 10-15 minutes, this area is like this anyway. It is a quiet area. The breakfast was nice. Thank you.

Hotel location is in walking distance to canal or shopping streets. Room is quite spacious for 4 adults but shower room maybe a bit small. Reception is friendly & able to speak English. Police station just at the main road, the hotel is next to a barber shop. The road in front of hotel is closed but still can park for loading luggage. This area most of the streets are one way, when you missed have to go another round. Street parking may take you some time or you can park at the car park building.

One night's staying bathroom or something was bad, the refrigerator smells

The entrance door has no bell, only to call. We called but we were waiting a while at the door until another guest came down and told us that reception is on the first floor. No sign says where it is. We thought she would come to open the door but when we went there she was sitting at her desk. No welcome no friendly behaviour. Just got payment and gave the key. This place is cheap but allows smoking in the room even though there are no windows and a good ventilation system. We got a dumb smoking smell room and asked to move and got a better room and slept there one night then asked to move to a room with windows( with supplement charge). That felt better. We could open windows and a door to let the wind blow. Aware of mosquitoes come in the room or maybe they are there. The location is very good, very close to shopping areas and you can walk to several attractions. WiFi is good. Cleanliness must be improved. And some leaking drops from the bathroom ceiling
