The smiling faces of the staff, the warmth of family when we first entered, the cleanliness of the room, the meticulousness and taste of the food are really worthy of congratulations. We would like to thank them for their successful interest and attention in many matters despite being new.

The staff is attentive and really reflects the people of Eskişehir and they are friendly and helpful. The lobby and rooms have been renovated. The breakfast was good and all kinds of coffee are available. As a coffee lover, it felt good to read in the book area with fresh coffee in the morning.

We stayed at this hotel by chance after searching on the internet for our weekend family trip to Eskişehir. It is a hotel that we stayed at by chance. It is close to many places we can visit in Eskişehir. I would like to thank the cleanliness of the rooms, the food, the smiling staff who welcomed us at the entrance and Mr. Deniz who takes care of his guests like a guest. I recommend it to everyone who passes through Eskişehir.

Önermiyorum. Oda görselleri ve gerçek oda arasında büyük bir fark vardı, görsellerde temiz ve yeni gibi görünen mobilyalar varken, bize sunulan oda bununla hiç bağdaşmıyordu. En önemli konu temizlikti. Odaya girer girmez, beklediğimden farklı bir görüntü ile karşılaştığım için yatağı kontrol etme ihtiyacı hissettim. Yastık kılıfı buruşuktu ve üzerinde erkek kılı vardı. Durumu resepsiyona bildirdim ve odaya personel gönderildi. Çalışan hanımefendiye durumu gösterip çarşafları değiştirmesini istedim. Ancak, "zaten değiştirdik, temiz" diyerek karşılık verdi. Yastık üzerindeki kılları gösterince, sadece yastık kılıfını değiştirmeyi önerdi. Çarşafların da değiştirilmesini rica ettim, ancak olusmuz yaklaştı temiz olduğunu iddia etti, yatağı açıp içinde bulunan kılları da görünce ısrarım üzerine çarşafları da değiştirdi. Banyo temizdi, suyla ilgili bir sorun yoktu ve tüm gerekli malzemeler mevcuttu. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar oldukça nazik davrandılar, aracın parkı gibi konularda destek oldular, teşekkür ediyoruz. Ancak genel olarak, görsellerle odanın uyumsuzluğu ve temizlik konusundaki sıkıntılar sebebiyle düşük puan verdim.
