Grande Arte Hotel

They were incredibly kind and helped us with everything. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious.

It was a nice and clean hotel. We were pleased with our stay. Its proximity to the train station was a great plus.

I booked a Deluxe room for 3 people and requested a non-smoking room, but we were given a room that smelled of smoke. The air conditioning in the room wasn't working at all, so we had to sleep with the windows open instead. You can walk to the nearby ESPark mall or take the tram to other attractions. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk (600 meters) from Eskisehir Train Station. Dragging luggage from the train station to the hotel might be a bit difficult because the road surface is uneven and you might encounter dust on the street. Breakfast was included, and the food tasted okay. During our stay, we also found that the sink was clogged and the water wouldn't drain, and sometimes tea leaves would float up from it.

The hotel has been renovated and is very comfortable. The interior designer deserves a compliment. Plus, there's a bar and a pastry shop/cafe downstairs. Hotel guests get a 10% discount.

I chose this hotel because of its location and I wasn't disappointed. It was pleasant to see one of Eskişehir's busiest streets from the room window. The rooms were clean and comfortable.
